I just had a god awful pork belly bowl that cost $15. The fat wasn't rendered at all. It was cold. There was no seasoning. I ate the rice so that I was able to get something in my stomach. I try and avoid this place when I need food but today I was very short on time and it had been a few months since I ordered from there. I think I'd rather be hungry from now on than try again.
The space is nice. The people that work there are nice.

This review is for Verve Coffee Roasters. A small coffee shop in a business center that’s sharing space with three other restaurants. I ordered their Decaf Spanish Latte which is espresso, condensed milk, and cinnamon. It tasted delightful, with its cinnamon goodness, sweet tasting, but not over powering. Kind of reminds me of a churro, but in drink form.
The place is small, but the shared outside seating more than makes up for it. Very comfortable seating with a nice breeze.
The service was great, not too busy in the morning, so I was able to have a small chat with the barista, which he was friendly and offered swift service.

Tried the Mediterranean chicken bowl. Serving size is too small for $15 bowl, hummus was grainy, and chicken was horribly rubbery. Just take a look at the picture to see how pathetic the food is. Have heard similar stories from others who tried this place. Never eating here again.

Irvine Company needs to try a new approach. This restaurant is in a business complex, people want good food but fast and because they work here every day it needs to be affordable. $18 a day to eat where you work 5 days a week is dumb. The service is slow. Whenever we order via the app the food is never ready 30 minutes later. Forget breakfast, if you order on the app 30mins before you arrive nobody is aware there was an order and it takes another 15mins to get it.

Came here with my kids and loved the big shades and open outdoor spaces. The staff was friendly and kind, and they made me a custom salad with steak and Burrata that was delicious. The area is pretty off the beaten path and quiet - not the kind of place we would normally go but we will definitely be back.

The food and service are excellent! There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with ample free parking. The facilities are also very clean and the prices are really amazing for the high quality items on the menu (they do breakfast and lunch). This place is a hidden gem!
They used to have one of my favorite chicken bbq pizza ever the dough was super good, and that was the only good thing you could eat there, then after a while when they felt like people will eat here no matter what since we are the only option, they decided to ruin even the pizza, dough is not fresh anymore, they burn it and the toping is not cooked enough, it literally became the worst pizza ever, and guess what it’s not even round shape anymore lol this is how much they don’t give a damn :)

Service is horribleI work at CoStarGroup the older lady that restock the coffee is horrible she never stack up the cups like BEFORE when they had the 2 younger people anyways she TALKS to damn much no wonder she’s too damn slow when she packs the fridge up with foods she just leave the boxes there on the hallway poor janitorial guy he picking up her work they should hire someone younger not a grandma!!!

Very nice laid back place to grab some lunch. I had the salmon sandwich and they are amazing! Ariana the barrista is very knowledgeable on her beverages and always has great recommendations. I love her iced coffees the best! You won't be disappointed!
