We had a great experience at Texas de Brazil for my wife’s birthday, Rodolfo was an amazing server, he was very helpful for our first time, and the food was delicious! All the sides went really well with all the cuts of meat. Overall amazing, we will definitely come back.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Texas de Brazil. We had a reservation but our table wasn’t ready upon arrival. Girl at the front (wearing tons of make up) was not welcoming or friendly. The service felt rushed from the beginning and the rotation of meat cuts was very slow. They were also out of stock on some of the meats. We had to make multiple requests and wait long periods. Waitress asked us how we liked our meats cooked? I told her well-done and she said she would put a note for them. Never came with any well done cuts. At the end of our meal, it took over 15 minutes to get the check. While I understand the restaurant was busy, the overall experience was not good. The manager saw us waiting but didn't even pass by our table to see how we were doing.

We dined on 11/12/25 and once again had an amazing experience. Viviana was an absolute delight and Coach as always treated us as if were dining in his home. It appears as if the entire staff has been trained to follow Coach's lead!

Our family had another incredible experience at Texas dé Brazil in Irvine! We were a party of 4 adults and 3 kids, and everything, from the food to the service was absolutely superb! The restaurant is always spotless, beautifully maintained and welcoming. À special thank you to Darlene, our waitress whi went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She was incredibly sweet, attentive and so friendly ! Truly their staff is very professional :) This continues to be one of our favorite finish spots and we can’t wait to go back !

Great salad bar but that's where things ended for me. I didn't eat meat that night and had my sign showing red color right next to the hallway. Literally all meat servers asked me whether I want to eat 🍖 despite having a No sign. Are they just ignoring or just stupid? No means no. I got fed up with them keep asking 🙄 If you are vegetarian or vegan, expect to say no 30 times eating salad.

It was my first time here and it was a great experience. The salad bar was very clean and well maintained. The meats were juicy and fresh and well seasoned. Juan Carlos was our server and he was very nice to explain the process and he always got us water and anything else we needed.
