Amazing food and great service. You can never completely replicate the experience of being in Brazil in America but this came pretty damn close. Carlos the carver was knowledgeable and friendly and he truly made the whole meal memorable. Would eat here again!!

I’ve been coming to Texas de Brazil in Irvine several times, and every visit has been amazing. The managers and staff are always professional, welcoming, and attentive. The service is consistent, and the entire team does a great job making sure everything runs smoothly. Definitely one of my favorite places to dine.

We went there for lunch,no especial occasion just me,my daughter and son,strongly recommend doing appointment, service was excellent our waiter was very nice and the food was great,this place for me is most for eating meat,a little expensive, for all 3 of us was $280 with tip,but once in a while is nice. Definitely will go back again.

This review is for the obvious poor management on one of the busiest holidays of the year for restaurants . We had a reservation booked almost a month in advanced. We show up and we are told the wait is STILL over 1hour for parties with reservations. Then what is the purpose for reservations? The place was over occupied with nowhere to wait, sit and a line out the door. Poor planning on the managements behalf . Whoever is in charge of this location needs to get their common sense checked out. Do you guys get commission on how many reservations you make or what?ANYWAYS this part of the review is for the actual waiters, and servers. 100 stars!!!!Regardless of the shitty situation their management put them in , about an hour and a half later we were finally seated and received excellent service from the waiting and serving staff , I forgot the gentlemen’s name but he delivered! Management really needs to give props to their servers for making up where they lack and messed up. The food was mediocre , they served the same three meats . No variety. It was so busy and obvious they couldn’t keep up with the demand because how over crowded it was. The management set up all their staff up for disaster,yet they still tried to do their job with a smile . SHAME on whoever is running this place. It definitely was NOT worth the almost 200$ we spent and will probably NOT be visiting this location again . And FYI management your floors where slippery as hell and someone could have slipped ….

This place does not know how to handle the number of reservations on holidays/events. I don’t advise going on anything big like Valentine’s Day and maybe even on weekends.
An hour wait with a reservation is crazy. That’s not what a reservation means. Reservation at 9:15pm, got seated at 10:20.
I don’t know if I can even trust going on weekends, when crowds are out. The way the guys with the meat go around is crazy too. Our table was cursed. They straight up avoided our table. We got seated up against the wall by the corner. They would go to the table next to us or behind us to offer meats and then walk away. It happened many times. Their green/red circle system doesn’t even work. One of the meat guys sliced the smallest, thinnest meat for me too. When I asked for a second, he did the same thing again. It was so pathetic that my bf gave me his.
When one of the meats came out but we didn’t want that meat, we took it in case because we knew they’re never coming back. Another time a guy with sausage went to the tables right next to us and I said “oh look it’s the sausage.” My bf said “it’s okay I don’t want that anymore.” I said “don’t worry, they’re not going to come here anyways.” And of course they didn’t.
Even when we told a waiter and she said she would send them here for specific meats we wanted to try, they either took a really long time to come or never came at all for some meats. She had to do it twice and we still didn’t get all the meats we wanted to try and it was just 3 kinds of meat that we were asking for.
The only thing that was good was having a self-serve salad bar, because we would’ve been starving if there wasn’t one. I never was able to feel full despite being there for 3 hours. We stayed there that long because we kept waiting for meats to come, but they don’t. We got tired of this and left at midnight.
I don’t know how much my bf paid, but it wasn’t worth this trouble. I only waited to go in because my bf never tried this place before. Otherwise I would’ve left when they told me it was 45-50 minute wait for our reservation.
