I Love George's food. His Pad Thai is awesome. The Drunken Noodles are also delicious. His location is inside a "Ghost Kitchen" facility called "Smart Kitchens". It's a hidden gem. He used to have a brick and mortar location on bristol street, before the pandemic started.Customer beware. Its all takeout at this location. I loved the George’s Thai Bistro so much. I lament the thought that the atmosphere and ambience of the dimly lit restaurant has been taken out of the dining experience. The food is still great though. The recipes hold up just as well. I learned of my deep love for a Tom Kha Kai at George’s but I love the pad see ew, pad thai, and shrimp fried rice as well. They know how to pack a punch if you ask for a spicy version of their dishes.
