Fast, friendly service & tasty bagel sandwiches. My wife had the basic breakfast bagel (The Lowers on a sesame bagel. She was very happy with that. I ordered the Smoked Turkey and Bacon sandwich on the everything bagel and was similarly pleased. We also got a smoothie which was not too sweet but was quite fruity.

Updated: Came in and staff made it right which is great. I visited the location in Irvine, CA off Alton and placed a pick up order. Arriving home I was extremely disappointed. Bagels were completely burnt and uneditable. Had to through both bagels away. Called the location and was told nothing can be done. I’m blow away that this was served and believed to be acceptable and no accountability was taken. Order number #208104

really soft, and homemade-style bagels! great breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the big chain bagel options in irvine! def recommend and as an irvine local i will be going back

Been 25 mins and still waiting for my order of 2 bagels. There’s at least 7 people working the counter. Not counting the people in the kitchen. Bunch of slow people working here.

I liked the crispy texture of everything bagels here. It reminds me real NY style bagels. I just got butter and honey on my bagel, and it cost me around 4.5 dollars.

Really nice little bagel spot around irvine. Got their Lox bagel and it was very good, the other one was great as well. Will be coming back to this spot for my bagel needs.

Hole in the wall with terrible organization. It always seems like no one knows what is going on behind the counter and it takes them forever to get your food out. The food is good, but I’ve had better bagels in the area. I only come here out of convenience to the area I live, but I wouldn’t drive more than 5 minutes to come here. The atmosphere gives off a lack of interest in caring and is the cheapest way to call it a place to eat. Overall it’s ok.

I am glad the Bagel Shack opened a store in Irvine, where good bagels are absent.

Nothing special, but good bagels.

I think they can even be better than Shirley's.

Good bagel at a fair price if you buy the DZ. however I ordered one bagel with cream cheese tomato and cucumber to go. Very expensive…over $7! Limited cream cheese small slice of tomato and forgot to add cucumber. Recommend enhancing training and upgrading single bagel offerings or reduce price…same order about ~$5 In Oakland Berkeley…equal or better quality and more generous add ons in similar operations.
