The employee handed me the bag and double check it to ensure it was the correct one. I had to go back because it was the wrong order. I ordered wings and got fries instead, and then he blamed me for taking the wrong order. Let me be clear. He gave me a door dash order from San Francisco. How does that even happen. The BEST food we can find around here for cheap (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). I've been going here with friends every single Tuesday for at least 5 months now. ¢60 wings every Tuesday and $10 wings combo every Wednesday. I crave it every Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I'm considering going everyday and get the wings without the deal... If only I weren't this broke.

The chicken is at least good quality but the flavor is lacking. I ordered the mango habanero and it was really mild tasting. The fries are fire though. Shake was pretty good; the dulce de Leche was what I got. If you want best bang for your buck get the Buffalo fries to go and drink something at home.
We came in on 10/7/23 5:39 PM to returned cold fries from a previous order. Our server name was Madison G. If you review your security camera, you would addressed your rude, combative, obnoxious and argumentive behavior, while we were calm and polite. We tried explaining to you that our party had ordered a pizza from a restaurant a few doors next to your place, while I left to order fries from your restaurant. Upon returning to our pizza restaurant we notice the fries were cold. We decided to eat our hot pizza first and then return your cold fries and order more food to go. You came out from the back and said you wouldn't replace the fries because of the time that had expired. At first we thought there was a language barrier because of your heavy foreign accent, and you kept saying no, no, no and refuse to listen to us. In the United States of America, we try to treat all customers with respect and dignity. Maybe you should visit Chick-fil-A or McDonald's and learn how to treat your customers because they probably would have replace the cold fries and not have became loud, angry and disrespectful over a five dollar order of fries.(SAD & SHAMEFUL SERVICE)
