This restaurant is really rubbish, checked in at the front desk with our dog in our arms, we waited for an hour, and then told us that dogs are not allowed, there was no sign on the table or door, even though our dog is a 3 lb teacup puppy, and the front desk staff had no manners at all, her name was Michelle and Kamon.

Rude all around

Disgusting attitude. They judge by clothes. They offer the worst tables on the aisle. They lie that the tables are booked. Absolutely disgusting customer experience. The tables are free and they basically don’t seat us at free tables. I wish you great trading and the kind of clients you deserve. Thank you for the RUINED MOOD WHEN I WANTED TO GO OUT WITH THE CHILD AND WALK!!!

Hair in my food. Manager apologized but offered no compensation. Gross experience. Service was slow a food server rude. Never going back. The other CF restaurants would not have treated customers so poorly.

Worst hostess ever. Ignored us and then told us it was a 15 minute wait. Half hour later I get a text that the table is ready and go back to the hostess stand only to be told to wait again. Finally seated in the far back of the patio in the cold with no other tables nearby and no heat. Got up and left. First and last time trying Cheesecake Factory. We're now happily sitting at Yardhouse with great service and food.

Amazing food I had:

fried calmari 9/10

Chicken Pasta 10/10 garlicy and creamy very nice

Shrimp plater (only had the chips) 8.5/10 good seasoning

From the outside it seemed like it was very full since there were a lot of people at the entrance but we decided to ask how long it would take to get a table and fortunately it was instantaneous, the quality of the food is in relation to the price, the quality of the meat The fact that you order it is perfect, the dishes are large so come hungry so you can enjoy it to the fullest, each dish is highly recommended, especially the salads and pastas.

Dietary restrictions: There is a special menu for dishes with less than 590 calories

And each dish on both menus has the number of calories per dish

Our party of 8 came to eat here last night, Dec 26. We all ordered different dishes and all ended up with food poisoning. Absolutely horrible. Do not eat here if you want to enjoy the rest of your holiday weekend. We already pre purchased our tickets for another holiday event today that we will all likely miss out on because of this. it would nice at least if the restaurant could refund the $300 bill. Also no alcohol was ordered it was all just food. Just eat somewhere else. It makes you wonder how they handle things in the kitchen for that to happen and how many other patrons may have ended up sick from eating out last night at their restaurant.😩

Rudest server ever, we just ended up leaving because our waiter was acting like all our orders were horribly inconvenient. We were ordering straight off the menu, no special requests, and they just felt like being jerks
