This location is permanently closed. They have a sign on the door letting you know this. I didn't get a picture yet, but will add one. When this place was open, it was fairly decent. The workers were nice and they had plenty of tables inside and out. I mostly got teas so you couldn't mess that up too much. One of the things I didn't care for was they closed at 8pm and that just seems a bit early. Don't get me wrong, it may have made sense.... they didn't have enough demand to stay open later... which led into the closing. I don't wish bad on any business but it did surprise me they were open this long. The customer flow wasn't crazy and if you didn't know it was there, you would have never know. I'm sure the Irvine Co rent caught up to them. Anyway, I wish the owner the best and hopefully the employees had opportunities to go to other locations.

This store is permanently closed!!! Last day was June 23. Oh no.... I really liked this location/store. Also, the Flame Broiler next door moved to MacArthur and Main.

Will truly miss this place. Staff was always the best and it always had such a relaxed atmosphere. Super sad to see it go - have been coming here for years. Thanks Megan and everyone else who made me smile everyday!

Should've stuck with Starbucks. The only reason I came here instead of my usual Starbucks was due to its proximity to my office. The girls working were super rude and the impression was given that I was inconveniencing them by being there so early (within their posted business hours). Cherry on top of their rudeness first thing in the morning was that they still managed to get my EXTREMELY simple order wrong. This was my first and last experience with this coffee bean. Whatever, you live you learn.

I am visiting from out of town and they have the best coffee in Harvard Plaza. They roast their own coffee and sell a selection of beans and cups for Keurig. Baristas are unfailingly friendly and provide quick service. Terrific pastry selection and breakfast sandwiches (only there AM).

Usually the staff here is pretty nice but today I had an encounter with a really rude cashier. I meaaan I know it's 6 am but dang you ain't gotta be like that. Anyways I guess it's okay here, whatever kinda upset. K bye.

I never like to leave a negative review but I've given this location too many chances. Every time I get my drink, it's SO hot to the point where I can barely hold the cup with a sleeve. Another issue is they are gypping their customers. The cup should be filled almost to the top, yet this location loves to leave at least an inch gap. I had my breaking point today when I couldn't take a sip (because it was too hot) until I got back to my office all to find out they made me the wrong drink. I always rant and rave about CB but I'm not very pleased with this location. This location needs some serious management TLC.

I live in Orange county. On my way to John Wayne airport thought I'd get a coffee. I love Coffee bean but this one is no good, coffee was the worst even no flavor.

I like the coffee bean for the tea they offer. Always have been a fan. This location doesn't have the best service. They just don't look happy. I will continue to go for convenience but not the best experience.

Theee times I've been to this location and 3 times the baristas have been less than friendly. Yesterday I placed an order on my phone and when I went to pick up they informed me they were out of something and had refunded my account and that I should have a nice day. Never even asked if there was something else I would like. Simply walked away. I will take my business to Starbucks from now on they always have a smile on their face and always make sure the customer is satisfied.

Compared to all the other CB&TL locations I have been to, this one had a very unfriendly staff and definitely do not have pride in what they do. We came in this afternoon and one of our orders was a coffee ice blend with a whipped topping and the barista missed that - no big deal - when my husband turned to him and told him that the topping was missing the boy just stared at him with an expression of "soo, what do you want me to do?" At that point I just turned around and said it's alright. Blended drinks we ordered were not blended well and still had chunks of ice. Definitely not the service we usually receive from CB&TL.

First, the staff is not particularly friendly. But more importantly they are understaffed, slow, and frequently out of product of various types. Don't waste your time, Starbucks is far superior, along with any other local or national chain.

I usually hit this place before I get on the toll road, nothing like their delicious Dutch cocoa iced blended to keep me happy on the road! I love the special ice they use in their drinks to get that perfectly smooth consistency. They always have delicious and fresh baked goods too! Their coffee is wonderful and not very acidic. I've always had friendly service here, I'll be back soon.
