It's a great place I had to try it twice to make sure it was like the first time! I like my burgers rare and exactly how I wanted it! Very rarely do I find a place that will make the food how you ask! I'll be going there more often for sure

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our first visit here. We ordered drinks and those came out quick (water and soda). My husband ordered the cowboy fries and the BBQ burger, I ordered a side of sweet potatoe fries and a side salad with ranch. My husband's order came out, and my side salad with the wrong dressing. I ate the salad with the dressing I was given since I also like that one. My husband asked about the sweet potatoe fries to the gal assisting. She said she would check on them..no one ever came back over to check on us, or ask if we needed anything, so I walked to the bar area where our waitress and the gal assisting were standing and asked for a side of mayo and to check on the fries and she said they were working on them. Waitress finally brought the fries along with what I assume was Horseradish sauce. So we never did get mayo. No one even apologized about the delay in the aweet potayoe fries or what happened with my order. Restaurant was not busy at the time, maybe that should have been a sign since it was dinner time. We won't be returning here.

Just not what it used to be...Went in for a quick bite before picking up family at SNA. Beer selection consisted of a bunch of AB/Inbev pseudo craft beers and half of the taps were empty. Asked for a Sierra Nevada and got an 18 month old bottle that reeked of oxidation. Ordered a medium done burger on lettuce and received a costco-esque patty with no pink at all. I miss the old Woodbury Town Center location.

Amazing Top Quality Burgers! Soooo Delicious ?!! …I made a custom Burger, Bison Burger with avocado, bacon, fried onion rings with there house made thousand island! The bison pattie was cooked to perfection and the bacon too! Fresh thick slices of Avocado ?! …I went at lunch time, and the service was great! She got me in and out of there! Thank you, I will be back again with the whole family!!?

First of all, really miss the location in Woodbury. This location does not compare with the service and the staff. Woodbury had a great staff! Went here last night just because we missed it so much. The place had a foul smell when you walked in. However, you got use to it after awhile which tells me the staff probably doesn't notice it. Place seems to be going down hill. They even tried a DJ once which seemed weird. Food and beer selection was okay. Please move to north Irvine and focus on the food and staff and we would love to give it another try.

The rating is for the food. It's one reason why we keep going back. The hamburgers are cooked perfectly and the Nashville sandwich had just the right amount of spice. The service today, however, was not up to par. The server asked us to pay the bill when we were not even half way done with our food. Mouth full and all. I guess ordering dessert was not an option for us. This would've been understandable if they were busy but that was not the case. Very disappointed and probably won't return.

This is my go to burger joint for the best burgers whenever I am in town! Great location and service, and really creative choice of burgers with a twist that always delivers! Service is always with a smile and special mention to Isabelle who takes great care of all the customers! If you are in Irvine make sure to try this place out!

Burger was over spiced and fries were underdone...that said, it was definitely eatable. And I would eat here again...really can't tell from just one visit...
The service was good, but not good enough to justify coming back because the fries are so sub par! while the burgers were fine, they are served a la carte and you have to order sides separately. we ordered parmesan fries to share, and i have never seen such a large, sad, soggy, limp dish of fries for $60, we could've gotten 6 burgers with a bunch more fries from carl's jr or any other fast food joints. this isn't a fancy burger place; go to eureka if you need to satisfy a craving for a semi fancy burger and fries.

decent food. server makayla was rude, inconsistent and did not attend to the table besides for taking our orders. When we asked for things we wanted she gave us attitude and took the longest to bring it out. waited a good ten minutes just for to go boxes. the place was not busy and she did not need to be rude either.
