waited almost 1 hour for pick up order to be ready. When I finally got my food a side was missing and it was cold. Also, don’t bother getting an account on their website. Despite being called “counter points” there are no points or rewards.

What an amazing burger spot! The patio is absolutely beautiful, the servers and wait staff were sweet and helpful and the food was DELICIOUS. Big huge burgers and chicken sandwiches, my wife loved the sweet potato fries, I devoured my parm fries - all the food was extremely good. The pricing is very fair too, especially considering most restaurant prices these days. Instead of spending $30 for mid food at one of the big corps in the plaza, just spend $40 here and get waaaaay better food that'll actually fill you up. My only complaint is that the fry portions were pretty small, but that's a little thing compared to the tasty eats.

Lola was a great waitress. Food was good. Beers were good.

Great if you want a burger. Their menu isn't big, but they have plenty of customization options for burgers.

Great news place in ladera, amazing patio, covered and with TV's.

These burgers are the real deal. Their patties aren’t those super thin ones that other so called “Burger Joints” sell, and their customizable options are on point. Their decor and atmosphere is also really cool, and apparently they do live music sometimes so I need to be in town for that one day.

Burgers arrived cold, Parmesan French fries cold, onion strings cold. Asked for one burger to be remade as well as the onion strings. Burger came warm and after a half hour no onion strings and the server said “don’t know why the aren’t up, can I get some to go for you?” May try again but doubtful.

Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids there who seemed to be enjoying the food.

Who is rating this place to make it 4.4? I just got a takeout green Hatch chili burger and it was so greasy and tasteless. $16 for an absolute disappointment.

Tasted worse than a frozen burger from the gas station.

And my tots were mushy since they packed them in an air tight container to go.

Met a friend for lunch, we both had the “build your own “ burger. I had Bison, he had chicken. Food came out quickly and was perfect and delicious. Server was very attentive and kept our drink glasses full

It was warm out and we sat in their Patio area. The burgers were yummy and Siracha wings my new favorite flavor. The Bloody Mary was delicious. Will come back.

So thrilled that they had a Hatch Green Chili Burger even if only for a short time. We had that with Hatch Chili Mac n Cheese just to make sure we got our fix of spicy.
