Food was good but not great. Prices are about 2x what they should be for what you get. A plate with 2 small sides is $15-17. Pretty steep for average food and order and pickup at the counter. Go to Luna or Panini Grill for more bang for the buck and better choices.

The steak kabob was very good. Atmosphere was a mix of old school rap music and the constant very loud sound of the pagers that they use to notify you the food is ready. After people get their food, the pagers continue blaring for several minutes. Very annoying!
The Kebab Shop is one of my favorite places to heat. The food is always amazing , music is a vibe, and service is always friendly.
The one on Irvine Center Dr. in particular is always so welcoming and nice! Awesome service and great food quality. Thank you Sally, Antonio, Kevin, and ALL staff that are there (sorry, couldn’t catch everyone’s name).

After countless disappointing attempts to find authentic Mediterranean food in Orange County, I've finally discovered the real deal at Mediterranean Grill in Irvine. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the intoxicating aroma of slow-roasting meats and freshly baked bread.
I ordered the San Diego with lamb (apparently the most popular) and it was nothing short of extraordinary - perfectly seasoned with a blend of traditional spices, tender and juicy with those irresistible charred edges. Absolutely no gaminess, just melt-in-your-mouth perfection that's clearly been marinated for hours.
What truly sets this place apart is their attention to the details. The hummus is silky smooth with the perfect amount of tahini, the tabbouleh is fresh and zesty, and their house-made garlic sauce has the ideal balance of punch and creaminess. Even their rice is perfectly fluffy with subtle notes of saffron.
The prices are decent for the generous portions you receive, and the quick service makes it perfect for both lunch breaks and family dinners. The recently renovated dining area is clean and comfortable, though I often take my order to go.
If you're craving authentic Mediterranean flavors that don't compromise on quality or tradition, Mediterranean Grill is absolutely worth the drive from anywhere in Orange County. Trust me, this place will become your new obsession!

I ordered the grilled chicken plate with fire hummus, pita, and saffron rice. The portion of sides was generous and delicious, and the fire hummus was spicier than I anticipated. Oh! I loved the cilantro jalapeno sauce and the yogurt dill as well
