I tried the wrap at the Kebab Shop in Irvine. It comes with a huge portion for a great price and was very refreshing. Ed was extremely nice and hospitable and gave us great suggestions for the food!
I had a bit of a technical nightmare trying to locate a remaining balance on an e-gift card, but the level of service I received at The Kebab Shop was honestly world-class.
An employee spent over 15 minutes on the phone with me, exhausting every possible troubleshooting method to find my credit. When the system just wouldn't cooperate, they didn't just give up they took the initiative to honor my remaining balance by sending me a new code manually....
