This is a great concept for a restaurant. I'd call it Mediterranean fast food but the quality is great. I asked Wendy for a little insight into some menu items and she explained everything very well. I highly recommend TKS.

Jose the manager does not appreciate the customer..
I ordered steak and was rare. I asked the one who was standing on the counter to cook a little bit more and he refused because I already taken my order. I told him but this is too rare. My kids cannot eat it. Can you replace it? And he said no we will not Replace it. He said that it’s the way we cooked it here. it was not the first time I eat steak in this location. I have told him, but you didn’t ask me how well I needed it and he said we don’t ask the customer!!! I ask for the manager and he surprised me that he is a manager. He literally ignored me and I had to throw the order. I will not eat in that location anymore they don’t appreciate the customer.

First time I ordered here last night and I ordered for to go at kiosk for build your own plate with Beef Krofta and as add on extra chicken shawarma. When I picked up and got home there's no extra chicken shawarma, I paid extra $6 for it and nothing. I hope somebody could reach out to me for this issue pls.

Just so happen to be in this area decided to give this spot a try. I’m glad I came and will definitely return in the future. The food looks and tastes fresh with just the right amount of each ingredient. The portion was slightly more than expected but I’m a big back so no worries there. Jose was awesome and explained the menu since it was my first time. I got the San Diego with lamb/beef meat choice and it was delicious not dry and full of flavor!Overall I loved everything!!!

I’ve always had great experiences with TKS—until I visited the Irvine location. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst meals I’ve had. The bowl I ordered was completely off in terms of portioning compared to other locations I frequent, and it was drenched in an overwhelming amount of sauce.
The plate I ordered was even more disappointing—it had such a thin layer of rice that for $17, you’d expect at least a proper base.
What really sealed the experience was seeing my food sit on the counter for 15 minutes without anyone calling it out i assumed it was a to go order—especially considering we were the only dine-in customers at the time.
Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location and won’t be recommending it to others.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. My mother got extremely sick after eating here, she threw up multiple times that night. Do not eat at this restaurant if you value your health.

This branch refused to give us the salad aside as every other branch does. I eat in Kabab shop twice to three times a month. I left and not returning to this branch again.
