I’m very disappointed by what I experienced in the Dallas restaurant location the garlic noodles with grilled shrimp was very disappointing to eat literally then they didn’t want to make something else or give me my money back my feelings are very hurt because this was my birthday week

Amazing seafood boil! I ordered the combo #1 which was great, and you can see the variety in the pic/vid. Really energetic music keeps you excited to enjoy the meal with a nice game on TV. Enjoy!

Definitely, yes, It’s one of my favorite restaurants! Seafood is always fresh, the service is great, we choose the Combo 3, $125, including snow crab legs, 3 lbs other seafood( shrimps, clams, mussels). Everyone likes the snow crab legs, and we order 2 more lbs again. Spent over $400

Great food! The Alfredo pasta with the seafood was delicious, the owner/manager and his stuff were great and the manager continue checking on us to make sure we were taking care off and gave us extra food and drink refills . Great customer service! I will highly recommend the Kickin'Crab you will really enjoy the service and the excellent food.? ?

“Fish tacos” are street tacos and very small. Taste was good but value was not. Maybe other things on the menu are better.

The policy at this location is you have an online order you have to have the last four of your card or a picture ID. I think this is kind of silly, I was picking up food for my mom, I told him the name, what was the order, a picture of the confirmation, and he still wanted to hear the last four. I get it -it’s policy, I am allowed the think it’s dumb. He told me he didn’t appreciate being called dumb, and I clarified that I think the policy is dumb because I really didn’t wanna have to call my mother to figure out what her card is so I can pick up this order. Just an Unnecessary process in my opinion.
But the food is great we love coming here.

Ordered combo #2 which costs over $100. It came with 10ish shrimps, 10ish crawfish, 1 lobster, 2 potatoes, and a corn. Crawfish and lobster were very low quality with not a lot of flesh on them. If you want to spend over $100 with your food, go somewhere else.
