They lost 1 out of my 2 orders. Awful experience. No sorry nothing. Been waiting for 30 mins
Regardless of how many new boba places will open up, TP Tea will always have a soft spot in my heart. My first TP Tea experience happened at their Cupertino storefront and I remember how crazy and wild the line was for that grand opening. It’s crazy to think there’s over 5 locations for the Bay Area now. Woohoo!! Now, onto the drinks! I am a HUUUUGE fan of their wintermelon Tieguanyin tea. I know, it’s a simple drink that’s really hard to mess up, but for some reason, the way it’s brewed at TP Tea reigns supreme in my eyes. I also like the touch of Tieguanyin tea. Fun fact: I never knew or heard of Tieguanyin until coming across TP Tea! If you like a blend of aromatic tea notes with a hint of sweetness from wintermelon, I cannot recommend this drink enough. However, if you’re in the mood for a milk tea, I highly recommend the strawberry milk tea! It has a nice blend of milk and fragrant tea, with the acidity and sweetness of REAL strawberries. And if you really wanted to make any drink a winner, you’re going to want to add QQ noodles in your drink! I don’t know what makes it so good, but it’s definitely chewy and fun to have in your drink. I also find it a unique boba topping compared to the other boba shops in town. Got myself a wintermelon Tieguanyin tea and Sunshine ice tea for my BOGO drink! #TPTeaBayArea #TPTEA
the qq noodles are so good. I was shocked at how tasty they were. the milk teas are great but the lemon tea was super sour tho.
I ordered 50% sugar for all included
-Boba mango milk tea: taste like mango milk tea slushie
-3Q TP milk tea: already had boba, coffee jelly, QQ
-Taiwan classic milk tea
Came in, wanted to get matcha iced tea… “we can make a matcha latte”….. ok so a latte is just added milk. So I ask “you have matcha powder right?”, she said yes… ok so whisk it, throw it over ice and water… so no milk. It’s really quite simple. She said “we can only make it with the milk”. Dumb. So this isn’t a real tea place… just sugary nonsense. Go to stereoscope

Passion fruit green tea was ok. adding boba to balance the tartness helps
I like the drinks here very much! Service has always been nice. The place can get a little bit loud, because it's basically a concrete box, but that's not really their fault.

Awesome boba drinks!
Although the menu isn't extensive with many different flavors, there are different types of teas and they're all brewed nicely. We were pleasantly surprised by our drinks and would stop by more often! Our friend recommended trying their QQ Noodles as a topping and we enjoyed it, but think boba would've been better.
* Honey Jasmine Green Tea: 10/10 - light and refreshing
* Passion Fruit Green Tea: 10/10 - amazing flavor and liked how they don't add passionfruit seeds like other places
* QQ Noodles (Topping): 7/10 - good, but a bit too thin for our liking
Their mobile kiosks make it super easy to order from and the workers are very approachable if you have any questions. It's located in a plaza that isn't very popular so there are plenty of parking spaces. The interior is fairly small with only a couple of tables, but still quite spacious.
We'll definitely stop by again in the future! :)
Parking: Located in spacious plaza

Drink is good. Ordering system is terrible in store. If you have people having a hard time deciding which drink to order in front, you cannot order at the counter, you need to wait. Tons of staffs hands in pocket doing nothing. Not sure why they just can’t help order to shorten the line. If you gatta come here, order online first then pickup.

TP Tea Irvine is a total winner. As a former boba skeptic, I'm now a fan thanks to their delicious drinks. The location is super convenient with plenty of parking, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I'm obsessed with the Boba Mango Milk Tea - it's perfectly balanced and just right. I'm also loving the Mango Cheese Cream Foam, Can't wait for more locations to open. Big props to TP Tea, Irvine for always making me feel at home and brightening my day. A must-try for boba enthusiasts.

best chain in irvine and perhaps the world. truly authentic to the original taiwanese bubble tea. the milk tea has a unique creamy texture not found anywhere else, and the subtle flavors of the tea are not drowned in the milk and sweetness. get the taiwan classic milk tea with qq noodles.

Green milk tea not good
You can't get the toppings by themself. But the employees were very kind and wait was tolerable.
