Very tea-forward. My favorite of the local shops for tea flavor (good stuff, and strong) and texture (the tea lattes don't taste as watery as many places, both iced and hot were solid), although the concentration can also be a bit of an issue for people like me with low caffeine tolerance. One tieguanyin latte here definitely has several times the caffeine of a normal cup of tea...

I love this place! My favorite is the classic milk tea with boba, regular sweetness. It's delicious every time. You order on a screen, so it's very easy. I've never waited more than a few minutes for my order and there's plenty of parking. What more could you ask for?? Highly recommended!

Their matcha drinks are not for the faint-hearted…I ordered a strawberry matcha latte and the amount of caffeine was so intense that I could feel a headache coming on after the first sip. A few more sips and I felt pressure building between my ears; even after attempting to dilute it. It didn’t help that the strawberry was almost nonexistent. A weird metallic taste lingered in my mouth for a while afterward too. I love matcha drinks and usually order them wherever I go and I’ve never had such a strong reaction from the first sip, I couldn’t finish it.

We got 3Q TP milk tea (Tie Guan Yin milk tea with boba, QQ noodles and coffee jelly) on our first visit and became an instant fan. We adjusted sweetness and ice to our liking, and it was one of the best milk tea we had in a while. The milk tea was outstanding with pronounced tea flavor. The toppings were perfectly chewy and completed the drink. Order in person at the kiosk or you can order ahead for pick up online.

Glad they opened up a location in SoCal. Plenty of parking in the lot. It's self service at the ordering station. Put in your order, pay with credit card, and wait for your drink number to be called. This location for the Taiwan classic milk tea was more on the creamy side. Wish it had a more tea forward taste like their San Jose location. Fantastic fruit tea has a nice tart flavor. We enjoyed the basil seeds. Boba texture is good. Tea shop was kept tidy and our drinks were ready in a reasonable amount of time. 3.5 Stars

ORDER jasmine green tea latte (4/5) i got the premium jasmine green tea latte, which is supposed to have a stronger tea flavor in comparison to the the jasmine milk tea (according to the cashier). i got 75% sweetness and it was perfect. the tea flavor here is pretty light tho. SERVICE (5/5) the drink came out fast and the cashier was able to answer my questions. AMBIANCE very spacious inside with ordering kiosks for a quick and easy process!

Wow, yes, comparable to Orobae, slightly pricier, but shorter line. Loved the Tie Guan Yin milk tea 70% sweet and light ice (since it is Winter), which truly does have a nuttiness, similar to oolong. Would get it 50% sweet next time since runs on the sweeter side (should've read my last review, haha), but was delicious anyway. Boba was softer this time and as tasty. I don't like the kiosk ordering, but maybe it makes service faster, and I was still able to ask a worker if there was dairy in the Tie Guan Yin milk tea (there is a small amount apparently). I like the cute lil boba character on the walls! There are three small/tight tables of two, though chairs can be moved around. It was packed intermittently inside, but line never made it outside. Will come back!
