Got via Door Dash delivery.Food order was accurate but disappointing.The teriyaki flavor was nonexistent, beef was dry and not a quality cut, the avocado was sketchy/not fresh and the whole thing smelled slightly spoiled/unpleasant. It was inedible and not cheap.The Club sandwich presentation was nice. Bland, salty and the bread became mushy after first bite. Ended up just picking through the fillings. Onion rings are some non-descriptive frozen variety.Super disappointing.

Love this place! Food is always great. Made fresh. Staff are always nice and give great service. My favorite thing to get here is the TUNA MELT! I am not a fan of tuna at all until I had theirs. There are times where they will run out because they make a certain amount of tuna salad for the day. Not complaining about that, I just know that it was made fresh that day, so I definitely love it! So order ahead by calling in. If you're not a fan of it at all, give any of their sandwiches a try and ask them to add that chipotle sauce, changes everything, you will thank you me later. If you are in the Irvine area, give them a try!
Kid-friendliness: They have baby seat chairs for dine-in and kid friendly items as well.
Parking: Since this is a small cafe surrounded by business establishments it will be difficult to park but it is fortunate that you do not have to pay for any parking. Usually people come to just pick up and go so parking isn't usually a problem.

Used to come here when I worked down the street, so I thought I would stop by while in the area. Unfortunately as with most places, the prices are crazy these days. $20 for a sandwich, fries, and a fountain drink. Also, they could not seem to understand what I was asking for and of course, I received the wrong sandwich. It was pretty easy order turkey, bacon, and mayo on a French roll. Received a club sandwich (white toast) minus the ham, lettuce, tomato, etc. Not what I wanted. Oh well. Simply cannot afford to eat out with these prices today. Four years ago, it was $9.75 and now has doubled.

Solid lunch place near my office. They have a great variety of daily specials including Korean BBQ and Japanese curry. The sandwiches and hot items like burgers are also very solid. The vegetables especially for the sandwiches taste really fresh. The staff as well are really nice and will remember your name after a few visits. Update: This lunch place is still going strong. I feel like nothing has changed in quality after the lockdown. The staff is still amazing as ever and the food is still great. Please come and support this restaurant if you're in the area.
