Third time Ive come here and as always its dead. Waited at the check in for a few minutes then we just walked in and the guys just sitting in one of the booths chilling. Water tasted of lemon, probably just cleaner. Pricey burgers that are nothing special in my opinion. For the same price you can get more anywhere else.

This place was terrible Drinks were so watered down Place looks so creepy And don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Ketchup was not even ketchup I will for sure not be returning if I were able to put a zero star I would.

Delicious burgers and fries. Quick food service at lunchtime. Friendly staff. They were slow to refill our water glasses. Nice, modern aesthetic and design. They had a well-stocked bar. The strawberry iced tea had too much sugar, and I couldn't get past the first sip. You have to park in either the two Irvine Spectrum parking garages or parking lot so it's quite a walk to get over here.
Pro Tip: this is a great spot for an early business lunch or lunch date because it's basically deserted during lunchtime. We were the only ones seated in the entire restaurant from 11:30 to 12:30. It was outstanding.

Bartender working 4/5/25 ignored my order and served everyone after. Them blamed me for disappearing.even though he took my order from the table we were at.

I ordered the regular burger and it was horrible. It was so dry. It extended way over the bun, so it was probably smashed too much and cooked for too long. .The sweet potato fries were really good though. The waiter was so nice and so friendly.

The burgers are overcooked. They need to give the option to request medium rare or medium (I was told that's not an option). The way the patties are cooked now renders them flavorless. I ordered the burger with parmesan cheese, and you couldn't even taste the meat.

Burgers were good, the pickle chips were way to salty we didn't bother eating them. The server said they had a full bar but no drinks menu. And the drinks we ordered were not good either. The server was very attentive so that was a plus.
I went with my family to this restaurant for dinner. Once we arrived, a waiter told us to take a seat, then went away. After that no waiter came to us to take our order, there were no waiters walking around whatsoever to help us. We waited 45 minutes and nobody came to help us so we left. I can say this is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in Irvine spectrum center. Unfortunately a few years ago this restaurant was wonderful, the food the service and everything about it. Since last year it’s gotten ruined. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place is really delicious! I think it is priced adequately for what you receive. The staff is friendly and kind, and it’s a nice location at the mall. I ordered the Single Black Garlic Burger and the Truffle Fries with a Margarita and a Water.
