Joy & Q are two of the nicest folks you'll ever meet! They take time to chat you up about your day and if you're a frequent flyer of Cassel Earth, like I am, they'll always remember your go to order and name!!

Their oatmilk lattes are by far my favorite thing to get there. They use quality syrups, espresso beans, and oatmilk! It tastes the same EVERY time which is amazing to me and so very appreciated!

Also, the location is absolutely perfect. It's clean, tidy, and overall such a fun vibe. You can tell Joy and Q love what they do and it is apparent in how the run their shop.

A cozy cofffe shop nestled in an abundant spacious atrium with soft jazz in the background. They have plenty of seating for anyone who wants to sit and sip their coffee.

The staff is super friendly and opn to have a conversation with the their customers, it’s refreshing. They are also super fast with their service especially with long lines.

I ordered the Hot Vanilla Latte, which was rich, creamy, and smooth with every sip. It was very good, I will definitely be coming back for another great experience.

Cassel Earth is a place for true coffee lovers. They take immense pride in their coffee, and it’s absolutely delicious. We tried the cappuccino, cortado and flat white. All were excellent, but the Flat White is my recommendation.

Eubin went above and beyond when he found out I’m a coffee enthusiast. Will definitely be coming back!

Delicious drinks. Amazing staff. Q and Yubin live and breath espresso. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious and has done the job one expects when drinking coffee. Highly recommended.

Cassel Earth feels like a hole in the wall coffee shop. Customers service was excellent, baristas were so warm, welcoming, and kind. Most importantly, the coffee was delicious. I tried one of their “Regulars’” lattes- “Michael’s”. Espresso was excellent quality and the pistachio/vanilla flavor was a yummy match. 10/10 would recommend.

This coffee is hands down the best coffee in the area and possibly Orange County.

I had to write a review because not only is the coffee UNREAL, the preparation, the care, the passion for coffee from the owners is unmatched!

You can see the level of care as they make each cup.

Also, the cold brew is elite! 🤯

BEST COFFEE in IRVINE!! The best tasting coffee with excellent service. Operated by the owner who has been professionally trained - top rated barista. 👍🏻

Was initially skeptical due to the five star rating out of 113 reviews, but this place certainly deserves it at the time of writing.

The barista is very knowledgeable about his coffee beans and for my espresso even asked me what kind of flavor notes I wanted. He only had two beans in rotation, but his thinking behind his choices made sense: nuttier beans for certain drinks, and fruitier for others. There was care in each drink he made: my wife loved her Spanish latte, and the barista asked if he needed to tweak the coffee milk mixture for it.

Excellent coffee drinking experience, would come back here the next time I visit.
