Been coming here for 2 months now. Things are definitely a little overpriced, but I don't mind that because it's convenient. Today. A young Latina woman who worked the cashier desk kicked me out of the store because I had my emotional support dog with me. She didn't ask if he was a service dog. Just said I had to leave with the dog. I'm really sad to have this experience. I enjoyed coming to this market during a walk. But now will just get me groceries delivered because of this bad experience. What a shame. I was spending 100$ a week here.

This is an awesome little market situated within The Village apartment complexes! It is super convenient having an all in one mini mart stocked with produce, dairy, different meats, grab and go meals, and fresh, rotating hot meal options. The workers are always super friendly many of which I know by name now and are accomodating with any questions. It is pretty busy around lunchtime as it is also near a lively corporate center of Irvine so many people will come grab lunch - be prepared to wait up to 15 min as there is usually only one person making/serving food. Some of my favorites are their cuban sandwich, pesto chicken sandwich, pesto/hawaiian pizzas, but most of all their kebab nights every Thursday and Friday night from 5:30 - 9! If you've never gone here during kebab nights you need to make it a habit to. The entire area gets super lively and residents will come out to enjoy their drinks and food as well as the DJ's music!

Most of the time the food and service are great. I like the breakfast burritos and the hot wings. On Thursday and Friday night they even have a dJ and kabob night

I really like this market's hot food bar. It's all full of flavor and very diverse. You can see them make it so you know exactly what's going on. I have to say that the convenience store is a bit overpriced but if you can't drive around and you live nearby this is the place to go! I have to say that the staff is a bit condescending but they are the same kind of characters you see everywhere in SoCal so it's a familiar vibe.

(Translated by Google) Very well endowed this market. Although it seems to be small, inside it has EVERYTHING A range of wines and all kinds of liquor, cheeses, sausages, bread, cookies, salads, coffee to drink there, food to go. All kinds of groceries, cleaning supplies, pet food AMAZING! You can get everything there My favorite little market in that area. You do not need to look for anything else in another place(Original)Muy bien dotado este mercado.

Staff is absolutely rude and very unprofessional. I'd rather fly to South America then ever go there again. And this is after multiple try's. Over priced and just such a Disappointment for the Village

Im a resident here so i go to this market multiple times a week for convenience and supporting a local business (bristol farms and whole foods are 2mins away). Ive never had any issues, and every thusrday they grill kebabs outside and they smell great. Finally decided to try them out so i approached the tent and asked if i order here, one of the employees (not the guy wearing glasses), glares at me and annoyingly responds "INSIDE" and turns away. What a complete joke. My bad for inquiring how to buy the food youre trying to sell you asshat. Nah no thanks. Im going to the new and amazing bristol farms just over by spectrum

Amazing place! Has everything a normal store would have. (Fruit, veggies, cheese, many choices for sausage/meat, ice cream, milk, cake, chocolate, cereal, average things for home/care). It’s very cozy and has an outside area. The term cafe is correct because it has many drinks and pastries like Starbucks. The coffee is outstanding. They use the brand “illy” and it is delicious. Recommended!

Fantastic! Village Market at the Los Olivos location is amazing! Right on site, Janine has been so helpful for so many years to myself and everyone, making sure the shelves are stocked and that we find everything we need! She's so kind to all, and cares about the customers - great food, made fresh, bakery with fresh baked items, and every item you could need! Love it there, thank you Janine for all your help to us! I recommend this grocery market to all!!

I get the overpricing for convenience, but there's no reason for the subpar service here. I've only been a handful of times... first the cook that was rude over the phone didn't put my order in before going on break and left his coworker to pick up the pieces when I expected to pick up our pizza. Second, I decided to turn in my scratcher prizes & the young blonde woman at the cash register (no name tag) had the worst attitude and communication skills. I was waiting for a price check and she guessed the price of an item w/o scanning before "forgetting" to tell me that she was headed to break & her coworker would ring me up. Apparently her coworker was new and didn't know how to cash out for scratchers? Understandable. The cashier heading to break rang it up and failed to mention to me that they don't give free tickets when you win that prize, but they give you the price of the ticket instead. When I addressed her lack of explanation & overall rudeness, she denied it & said I could ask her manager to explain the policy to me. I understand it's a low paying job & everybody has bad days/moments, I used to work for minimum wage as a teen too. My problem here was the lack of decency and accountability. Boooo

Everything is pretty much good here. Food wise and necessities that you need. I think some of the chefs/cooks have a little bit bad customer service but I think maybe it's because they're just tired or don't want to take an order. Sometimes they don't hear right and mess up the order after confirming with you. Overall it's a great place just found the customer service a bit ... off
