Bought 2 of the 10lb combo wagyu meat boxes and the meat had freezer burn, was very chewy, and was honestly pretty low quality. However, the worst part of my experience was the customer service. It was TERRIBLE!!!! Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, especially by manager Alex. I absolutely do NOT recommend.
