I like wahoo’s, been to various locations for years and enjoyed the food. I was at this location for the 1st time for lunch today with a friend. I ordered salmon bowl. My friend got his food and waited for me to start but it did not happen; i insisted him to eat. A lady came and said “salmon taking some time to cook” (I dont know what it means). Things happen, i was okay with some delay, no biggie.. But then my friend finished his burrito; people ordered after me got their food already, some even finished eating like my friend.. i was still waiting.. since lunch time is limited and we had go back to work i asked them to cancel my order and refund my my money . She said it is almost ready(still not ready). I said too late but they did not want to refund i guess. Then i said to give it to me to go at least and they were interestingly okay with that after ruining my lunch. It was a shame.. This was definitely not good customer service. The fish had a weird taste by the way, I threw it in the trash! 20 bucks for nothing! No more wahoo’s for me!

5 stars for the amazing staff! Never thought I'd leave a review for Wahoo's. The staff treated me with warmth and kindness with a smile on their face. It was a casual quick lunch for me but they left an impression. Thank you for making my day a little brighter and grabbing the to go box for me when you didn't need to!

Ceviche- a sad excuse calling it ceviche its small pieces of shrimp thrown on a piece of lettuce and chips. Very bland, unseasoned.Loaded Nachos- best out of all the plates we had, very cheap cheese, carne was okay, beans were fine. Hawaiian Onion Ring Teriyaki burrito- what were they smoking when they made this?? Onion rings, teriyaki steak and rice ?? Absolute confusing mess in a burrito1988 Fish Burrito- Literally 90% cabbage, literal scraps for fish. sad excuse for a burrito. A salad wrapped in a tortilla.Service was good, very overwhelming environment however. Edible but not enjoyable.
$12 for two frozen fish strips fried and laid on a bun? Only time I had the same experience was on a biz trip to China. Had a good laugh then, but they sure didn't charge me $12 bucks. Overpriced and quality underwhelming. Worst tacos and fish.

This was actually my first time here, which is pretty strange, since I was born and raised here in Orange County. Anyway, the food was amazing. Much better than I expected. I had the chicken taquitos... I didn't care for the for the fish taco with the chicken taquitos for bomb and I went back for a second order. The rice and beans are good. Our staff is friendly restaurant is clean. I actually need to eat here again soon.

Wahoos is amazing. You can never go wrong here....just wish they didn't lose all the locations near where I live in Santa Monica. I have to drive toooo far for this now

It's OK I heard fish tacos but they gave me chicken. I was running late so I didn't have time to change them out. It wasn't super flavorful just basic. If you're in a pinch you can come here. I would probably just stick with the original fish tacos which is what I originally wanted.
