Wahoo’s is a good food option at Spectrum. The menu is far more than just tacos and we tried the salads which were very delicious. I ordered the vegan option, tofu, and I was very impressed how flavorful it was. Normally tofu can be bland on a salad, but these were flavored quite nicely. The salads aren’t your typical Taco Bell type salad that usually only has lettuce and beans. These salads included avocado and a variety of good quality greens. Quite filling as well.
The atmosphere is very unique, felt like I was at a beach cafe. Service was good, and most staff seemed to enjoy being there, which is a nice change from other shops in which staff can seem miserable. We’ll be back when we’re visiting Spectrum in the future.

Had the nachos at Wahoo’s Tacos, absolutely amazing! Fresh, loaded, and super tasty. Service was just as great, friendly and fast. Definitely coming back!

Great atmosphere. Actual Bar with two tv tucked away from the main tables . First time here. Food was Excellent. Chicken enchiladas with one Green sauce & one red sauce. $3 Street Tacos were very good. Had the beef . Just be aware the avocado salsa is tasty but a but spicy. Lol. Double shot margaritas were $3 more and very very worth it. Camarena Tequila and Tajin on the glass. Yummy Service was excellent. I will definitely be back. Great time

I was planning on getting crispy fish … they ask you if you want crispy fish or grilled fish and if you choose grilled fish it’s an extra charge and they don’t tell you about that, so now i’m stuck paying for something that I was not expecting and didn’t want (guess it’s my own fault for not thinking that these businesses want to upsell you something that you never want)

Went shopping with my daughter at the Irvine Spectrum and stopped by Wahoos for lunch. My daughter loved her fish tacos and my nachos were ok I think there was too much cheese and not enough toppings.
Taste was very bland. Spend your money elsewhere if you want good tasting food. I was basically chewing food that tasted like nothing

Wasn’t necessarily blown away. Had a bit of a sour stomach afterwards. Either way, wish they seasoned the tacos more or gave more lime. The burrito was mostly rice and scant amount of beans and carne asada. Sauces were good.

Maybe I wasn't lucky but I didn't like the protein bowl. I ordered it alone with chicken. The place is inside the Commercial Spectrum that has ample parking. The place was clean and the people served us kindly and quickly.
