The restaurant was clean The servers were attentive, explained the process, and pointed out the call button in case we needed help. New revolving sushi place next to the new Tokyo Central. Priced in the higher end in revolving sushi places. Came in 3PM so no wait. Respectful sushi rice and wasabi. Fresh uni, fresh Aji, which is rare. Love the seared Engawa sushi too.
