A little small inside but plenty of seating outside if its not raining.

Asking for a 5 dollar tip for a 7 dollar coffee on the machine is ridiculous. The minimum choice is 2 dollars unless putting a custom amount.

If you are ever in town and up for a coffee, this is a must to try place. Every single selection is premium. My favorite so far is their udon latte!

Not the biggest fan of the matcha, but it’s a nice big spot.

Some of the employees display an unprofessional and dismissive attitude, often neglecting to greet customers or show basic courtesy. It sometimes feels as though placing an order is an inconvenience to them. The manager or owner who took my order was just as bad…incredibly arrogant and rude.

People come to coffee shops not only for good coffee but also for a welcoming atmosphere and respectful service. This location would greatly benefit from improving its customer relations and overall professionalism.

As a Brit/European who prefers coffee without syrup, this used to be the best coffee shop I've been to in America. I frequently stop on my way to the beaches.
But something has changed. The coffee is more bitter, the milk foam is less velvety.
:-(
PLEASE bring back how it used to be. Used to be the best coffee in SoCal by a mile!

Food and coffee is great. Customer service was horrible. Was barely greeted, and asked for additional syrup for coffee and was given dirty looks. We did not tip due to how rude the staff was when we initially got there, and we feel they noticed and therefore treated us worst. Will not come back due to how rude the staff were.

Wall Writers is a hidden gem in Irvine with a modern, cozy vibe and plenty of seating. The menu goes beyond the basics with unique drinks like ube lattes, pandan matcha, and pistachio lattes. Definitely worth trying. Prices are a bit higher, but the quality and creativity make up for it. It can get busy, but overall it’s a great spot to study, hang out, or grab something different from your usual coffee run

This is my first time here, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how good their matcha pandan is! They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a perfect spot to hang out with friends for breakfast or lunch. I really love the design of the outdoor seating area; it feels very comfortable and relaxing. Plus, parking is easy to find.

Really good place overall. But I ordered a bagel. It’s not cheap. And the manager comes out and tells me it’s a huge deal on how they can’t spread the cream cheese on the bagel. And gives me all this talk about cross contamination and health department. Mind you, like most people I know what cross contamination means in the context of food service. But this was just dumb. And it’s crazy how the manager was willing to die on this hill. Cream cheese spreading on a bagel. Ridiculous first world problems.
