I don’t understand how they are getting away with dipping all their meat pretzels with the same butter as non- meat. I asked the staff about cross contamination and they said this is just how they do it. They can’t even have one separate container of butter for non-meat pretzels. So many people have allergies or meat restrictions. They said we can use our spray oil instead and that version tastes horrible!

After my massage, I was craving pretzels, so I decided to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels. Luckily, there were no lines when I got there! The pretzels were so fresh and delicious warm, buttery, and perfectly salted. I devoured mine in seconds; honestly, it was the best pretzel I’ve ever had. I ended up going back for seconds, and a guy named Sal (I believe that was his name) was so nice and hooked me up with another batch of fresh pretzels. His customer service was amazing super friendly and attentive. Overall, everything from the food to the service was a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back for more fresh, buttery goodness! 🥨✨

I don't understand why this pretzel joint had such a downfall in the past 5 years - I used to love it, but deceptive marketing and shitty food has ruined Wetzel's pretzels.
20 dollars for undercooked pizza bites and soggy mozzarella sticks with NO SAUCE.
The prices aren't even posted anywhere to deceive the consumer until checkout, and the service is god awful - no manners at all, just rude expectant stares.
Painfully cramped shop, workers pressure you to order even when you are clearly glaring at the menu.

I’m not even trying to be annoying or anything. They just always give me one drop of butter. Every time I ask for more they always catch an attitude. Again I’m the last one to be a Karen or anything but this has happened more than once and it’s very frustrating. Very disappointed

They waited till i got there then started working on the order which was already placed online, they are unprofessional and don’t pay attention to incoming orders till the last second. I don’t recommend this location.

The family and I stopped at the Irvine Spectrum on the way up to LA and out son wanted a snack so we stopped at one of his favorite places, Wetzels. His favorite is the pepperoni pizza pretzel or the pepperoni bites. Of course my go to is always the plain bites, they are a great grab and go snack to get me through the day.It was a pretty cold, rainy, and windy day Saturday. The employees were super nice and I was able to walk up, grab my order and go. They made sure to wrap up our pretzels and place in a plastic bag to ensure our pretzels didn't get wet on the go. Just overall amazing and friendly. Live this Wetzels and the people there!
