Wow I didn’t know you can mess up chicken wings this badly The coating is way too thick, the meat is super dry and even sauce is awful We had to throw it away after couple of pieces. I think it’s harder to make it taste this bad than taste decent I rather have McDonalds Happy meal’s chicken nuggets

There are no trash cans inside for dine in customers. Weird, right?
Second observation, Dirty. Had to clean my table with napkins and water (from fountain). Saw other customers have same problem, overhead one ask the companion if they should just take it to go.
Have to ask for nibes and forks, not out for customers.
They have the fancy 50 in 1 coke machine. Except coke was out, midday, on a Saturday. Asked, got some complicated explanation, that seemed like a regular speech.
Order taker Issac was pleasant, so I chalk these troubles up to poor management. He keeps it from a 1 star.
I would recommend TAKEOUT not dine in.
Wingstop wings are good, what you would expect for a franchise. Lots of flavors, so that helps meet all the taste buds of your party. I like the fries but today they were over cooked.
Didn't have it today, but I enjoy the corn!
Overall Wingstop is a business I support as my kid loves it.
That said, feels like the could be soooooooooo much better with some focused effort. One might note all the locations seem to rate in the 3's.

Let the employee learn to treat customers and admirers politely! On October 19th at 7:40pm I had food delivery from this place. The order included food and a drink, they gave me only a bag with food, I turned to the employee and said that there should be a drink here too. But they rudely replied that it is inside the bag (Since I am the delivery person, I couldn’t open the bag and look). I delivered the order to the customer, she checked there was no drink, she called the manager of this cafe, they asked me to go back. I came for a drink and asked politely, but the manager treated me very rudely, disrespectfully, tactlessly. I had to go there and back 3 times. That’s crazy.

They forgot to put our fries in the bag for our two 8-piece and 10-piece combos. When my boyfriend went to let them know that there were no fries in the bag with the receipt, they made a scene and started arguing with him claiming that they had given us our fries when they clearly were NOT in the bag. They were making faces and did not want to give him the two fries. likee BOI JUST GIVE US THE DAMN FRIES WE PAYED FOR??. why would he go inside and say that there were no fries in the bag….. UH maybe bc they weren’t like ????? payed 50$ for our meal uh yeah we’re gonna go back and ask for our fries LMAOAOAOA. unnecessary scene caused by the employees

I ordered a 20 piece meal with 3 flavors. The wings are quite disappointing. They have no flavor at all. It feels like the wings are not fried long enough so they are so oily/smushing and not holding the sauce. The inside has no flavor too.

It was my first time in this place. I came because a friend recommended it to me. It was absolutely regrettable. More than an hour and a half to receive my order.

This is for the pricing. It was just last year that the 10 piece wing was $10.99 total out to be $12-13 after tax. Which is reasonable I think. Now, they raised it to where the same total out to be $16+. I just don’t get these places, Covid is way over, does employee wage go up for restaurant? Are they now making $20/hr ? Has the chicken price at vendor or market gone up? If labor and chicken price had not gone up, then there’s no reason to keep raising price and put on consumers. So that instead of eating more we just eat less many times now. Overall, you still lose money.

I felt obligated to make this review because of how bad the wings I received were. The wings were extremely dry and had very tough skin. In addition, some of the flats still had other parts attached to it. I would honestly say that the wings were not edible. I also ordered fries that were extremely soggy.

I ordered 15 wings, with half mild and half Cajun flavors. It took a full 30 minutes before my order is ready.However, upon opening the box, I discovered that there was only one flavor present, and it didn't resemble either Cajun or mild--it tasted like buffalo.While eating, I unexpectedly found a blue plastic ring in one of the wings. Later that night, I suffered from a severe stomachache, likely due to the wings, which disrupted my sleep.My advice: Avoid this place if you're craving wings.
