We go here pretty often and its pretty much the same experience every time. Wings and fries are good. Place seems fairly clean. However, what bothers me is when the staff is less than enthusiastic when taking your order but has no problem blatantly using profanity with co workers when not taking orders. I bring my kids here and there is not much regard for professionalism. If there is a manager staffed during business hours, they should be ashamed if they knowingly let their employees act like this. For reference to the owner, we last went in October 9th at 7:45pm.

Very disappointed with the rude service at this Wingstop. The cashier spoke to me like he was giving orders, didn’t answer my questions, and had a terrible attitude. A cashier is the face of the business — this one gave a bad impression. I won’t be coming back.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Wingstop location. The staff was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. I was met with rude attitudes, lack of basic courtesy, and a general sense that no one cared about the quality of service being provided.

Whoever was making the wings today on 7/12 at around 3pm should be training everyone at wingstop on how to fry and season a perfect chicken wing. Crispy and not greasy and perfectly seasoned wings.... I wish all my wingstop experiences are as pleasant as the one today (ordered for deleivery).

They’re very inconsistent, i had 2 ordered with them this week. first order never arrived and the second order arrived but the drink was missing. I don’t recommend this location!

Terrible terrible. I asked for the wings to be cooked extra crispy and for a certain time limit which they can do I specifically told them to make them that way and for whatever reason at this location they never listen. The wings were disgusting no crisp too undercooked. I don’t understand how hard is it to cook wings. They are supposed to be fried and crispy not soggy. I’ve given this location several chances but I don’t think I will be returning to this location.

Not only is the place completely a mess but the people running it must simply not be managed or the owner does not care who is running their business into the ground. I was cursed at by an employee when I complained about my food being improperly cooked. The manager told me they did not even care... do something about your establishment Wingstop.
