Honestly, one of the more bizarre experiences ordering food. Not going back.I had a simple Monster bowl order: 3 salmon 2 shrimp.Older gentlemen puts 3 scoops of salmon, one of tuna, and one shrimp. Both myself and the other female server corrected him. He insisted I have the tuna and didn’t want to remove it. After I insisted that I do not like tuna, he threw a child-like temper tantrum, threw his arms in the air and walked away. Another server apologized and then took his station, simply removing the tuna. He then came back, lifted the shrimp high, and dropped it in the bowl.Kinda comical. Didn’t know adults acted like this. I know he was embarrassed, as were the other employees.It’s a bummer because the bowl tastes good. The services just left a bad taste in mouth…

I’ve tried most of the poke spots in the Lake Forest area so I was hoping this would be my go-to. I’ve been here a long time ago and got a regular bowl, if I remember correctly.This time around I ordered a Monster Bowl for pickup. The 5 scoops of fish sold me. So, I ordered all salmon, avocado, seaweed salad, ginger, crab meat, white rice, cucumbers, and medium spicy sauce.It wasn’t long before my order was ready to be picked up. I hurried and grabbed my food and ate it when I got back to work.What did I think of it?- Monster Bowl: 5 small scoops of fish on what seems to be the same amount of rice you would get in a regular bowl. It tasted fresh and delicious though. It just looked identical in size to my coworker’s regular bowl that I picked up.Service was good, the staff is friendly.Parking spots are available here and there. It’s a business complex so there’s always cars parked here (at least during the weekdays).No indoor seating is available.Definitely a place worth trying, see if it “wows” you!

Wow Bento is my go to lunch spot. It's 5 minutes away from my work, and I literally go here at least 2-3 times a month. I've tried almost all the poke spots in the Lake Forest/ Irvine area, and Wow Bento is one of my favorites! It's in a random little strip plaza where you would never expect a poke joint to be. They are quick with their service -- even with a line out the door, you'll never wait more than 5 minutes with their cafeteria-style serving. I've probably eaten here at least 20-30 times, and they have never disappointed me. Their fish has been fresh every single time, and they are always incredibly consistent. Their portions are also very reasonable! Pro tip: get the unagi sauce drizzled on top of your bowl at the end :)If you're in the area, I highly recommend that you give Wow Bento a try!
Was in the area and stumbled upon this poke spot for a quick bite. I thought this place was okay and nothing really stood out. It was located in a business area so it was mainly for take out. There were only two tables outside to sit. The portions are very small and they didn't have that many options with the sauces. It's either mild, medium or spicy and that was it. The quality of the fish is good, but the overall quality of the bowl was just okay. I don't think I would go out of my way to come back. There are other poke places that taste better and offer more

This is one of those places that, if I ever leave the area, I will never forget about. We discovered Wow Bento a few months ago and I've easily been back 10 times since. They're service and quality of ingredients is truly outstanding. By the time you start ordering to the time you pay is about 1 minute. The ladies who work here are so kind and efficient, and they aren't shy with their scoops. The fish is always fresh and tasty, and the sauce mixes they use are always perfect. I absolutely love this place and go whenever I'm free for lunch on a weekday. I'll never not think about this place when I get hungry. 10/10.

I don't usually go out of my way to leave reviews, but this place really deserved one! You can't find prices this low for poke anywhere anymore so we were pretty skeptical at first but we were surprised to see the portions were good and it even tastes really good too (I'm really picky with my poke but this place hit the spot.) We placed an online order and I asked for a pretty complicated special request but they did exactly what I asked for and I couldn't be more satisfied. Even the white sushi rice is seasoned and flavorful. We always order takeout during lunch at work, and we will definitely become regulars to this place!
