The taste is not bad, the little boy who takes the order is not bad, but the other services are really not good. I ordered a lot and didn't even have a bowl. I asked a question and a woman gave me a stiff answer and washed it away. . . No apology at all for not providing the cutlery that should have been provided. I wasn't even drunk until I finished eating. . . The restaurants in Irvine are so popular, I’m really not afraid of them, they’re pretty awesome.
Parking: There is no ground floor, you can go underground, there are many places

The Fish Maw Chicken Malatang is really good. A must-have for late night snacks. The soup is very delicious. The clerk even added some soup. I love it.

The service was really bad, my friend ordered the same time as me, but I have finished eating while her food has not been ready.

It's unbelievable that they've been in business for a year with this kind of service attitude. Today, my child wanted spicy hot pot and ordered a dish for over $19. After paying, we noticed there was a lottery, so she asked about it and was told that you need to spend at least $25 to participate. I didn't think much of it at first, but my child was curious, so I ordered an additional skewer for $7. When I took the receipt back to the lottery counter , I was told the $25 had to be spent in one transaction. They even asked me, "Didn't the cashier tell you?" I glanced back at the display screen, which only said you could participate if you spent over $25—it didn't mention anything about it needing to be in a single purchase! And when I originally paid for the hot pot, the cashier didn't mention it either. When I placed the second order, I even told the cashier that I was adding the skewer so my child could enter the lottery.
The man running the lottery asked someone who seemed like a manager, and eventually, they let my child draw. But then, he stood at the counter and questioned the front desk, asking why they didn't inform the customer properly. Of course, the front desk worker denied that she didn't say anything and claimed she wasn't the cashier for the first order. I stepped in to explain that I had made two payments, but the man just replied, “Didn't I let you do the lottery?" His expression made it clear he was thinking, "You've already gotten your chance, now stop complaining." Honestly, if they can't afford to run the event, they shouldn't be doing it!
It's unbelievable that with this service attitude, it has been open for a year. Today, my child wanted to eat spicy hotpot, and ordered 19+. After paying, he sat down and found that there was a lottery. When I asked, it cost 25 to participate. I thought about it, but I couldn't resist my child's curiosity, so I ordered another 7 yuan. Lots of stuff. Then I took the receipt to the lottery, but was told that I needed the same receipt. I was also asked: Didn’t the cashier tell you? I looked back at the display and it said: You can participate in the lottery if you spend 25 or more. Didn't write a one-off! And the cashier didn’t tell me when I paid for Malatang for the first time. When I added some points for the second time: I also told the cashier that because the child wanted to draw a lottery, I added a kebab. Then the man in charge of the lottery asked the person next to him who seemed to be a leader before letting my child draw. Here comes the exciting part. The man stood at the counter and asked the front desk, why didn't you say blabla to the customer? Of course, the front desk would not admit that she didn't say it. Then she said that it was not her who was the cashier the first time. I went over and said a few words about my two payments, and the man said: Didn’t I ask you to smoke? It was written all over his face: If you get slapped, you should shut up. Let’s be honest: If you can’t afford the activity, don’t do it!

This is my second time visiting the store, the experience is quite different. First time, it’s clean, tidy and service is good. Second time, you need to pay upfront and select tips first. You need to take your food from the counter yourself and put the tray to a designated area. I ordered rice, but they forgot to give me until I came to the front and request it. The sauce area is not constantly cleaned, you can see drippings of sauces on the counter. It is not worth driving there any more.

Great place with amazing prices (depending on what you get). It's a gym bros wet dream, as you can load the protein and pay by the pound. I can get full off of $10 which is usually unheard of. Broths are very flavorful but even the mild is quite spicy. Drinks are pretty good, they pair well with the spicy hotpot. The strawberry ice is my favorite. Sauce bar has all your standard options, but I wish they had Szechuan oil (I'm being picky at this point). Great place I would recommend to any broke college student looking to have a quick tasty meal. It's nested inside a food court like building; very informal which I can appreciate.

I suggest all diners to take out the video from the moment they enter the store to select ingredients, and check each item one by one after getting the meal to make sure you are not shortchanged. I just didn’t videotape or take photos. Halfway through the meal, I found lotus root slices, potatoes and fatty intestines. They are all gone. The mute eats Coptis chinensis. It can be said that he has eaten here ten times. I don’t know how many times he has been shortchanged?
The place was technically a food court. Employee was not really friendly and gave me attitude even with a tip. Food was hella disappointing comparing from other location. The flavor I picked was Curry and it does not taste like its name at all. All I tasted was oil ?. Won't be coming back. It was embarrassing to go with my bud here!

The bone soup is very good. The noodles are cooked very chewy and not too soft. The service attitude is also very good.

good! Sichuan pepper chicken is delicious
Decent.
This place is set up like a food court which is different than other restaurants. You pick the ingredients that you want, place them into your bowl, and the price of your meal is based on the weight of the food. You, then, choose the broth you like and the kitchen fills up your bowl.
I like that we were able to pick more of the ingredients we liked, but wished they also gave us the option to choose how much broth we wanted. That way, it doesn't go to waste because I doubt people are drinking it all considering how much they give you.
- Beef Bone Broth Base: 8/10 - good flavor, but be careful with the spice level you choose
While we were eating, we kept getting bombarded by these fruit flies which was really annoying. I'm not sure where they came from because their doors were closed most of the time. The place is located in a plaza with a large range of different restaurants. The workers, on the other hand, were very friendly and nice. Parking was pretty easy because there was always someone going in and out.
Glad that we got to try it, but don't think we'll be coming back any time soon.
