I like YGF-Malatang because you can choose your own toppings and flavor, which makes it fun and customizable. The food itself is good and satisfying.

However, the staff aren’t very friendly, which makes the experience less enjoyable. Overall, the food is nice, but the service could definitely be improved.

FOOD
beef bone broth is very good. just the right amount of flavor. i suggest mostly getting meat since everything is charged in weight. i did find a hair in my food though

SERVICE
owners and workers are very nice and friendly. service was also very fast. took about 7-10 mins.

ENVIRONMENT
this place is in like a food court type of area. has lots of seating— mostly for groups of 1-4. bathroom is clean

In a food court-like setting, YGF Malatang is bright and draws your attention immediately when entering. The setup allows you to customize your meal by:
🥣 Fix Your Own Bowl with proteins, vegetables, and/or noodles - Choices can be overwhelming but just take your time. My favorites proteins were lamb, beef shank, bullfrog legs, pork belly, and duck blood. I love cabbage and enoki mushrooms in soup!
