I drink tea everyday and have tried every different place, this is the worse tea ever !!!! The lime fruit tea taste ridiculous bad, also they won't change your cup if you doesn't want boba ! I'll never buy from this tea place from any where now.

best milktea with best price? got a super trio wintermelon tea for 5$ and it’s awesome. The boba very fresh and chewy, so as the purple rice . Def coming back again, hope the store can keep the good quality and price?

Cute little shop I visited the other day! Although there's seating it's not much of a dine in and chill type of place. The seating is mostly just to wait for your drinks. There was a line out the door on a saturday afternoon and i want surprised. I got the matcha latte and the color was very dark, rich, and vibrant. It wasn't too bitter and not too sweet(I got it at 100%sweetness) There are two ways you can order, through the cashier and a kiosk. Their menu has a wide variety of different drinks to choose from. I didn't find anything super special about this place expect for the topping choices but i would definitely come back to try other drinks they had. Prices were also fairly reasonable as well.

I am living in Irvine and I have been tried a lot of their drinks. Their tea is always so bitter even though I ordered 70% sugar. And the green tea does not taste like green tea at all. THE WORSE THING IS THEIR SERVICE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Really bad attitude and people were always talking behind the curtain every time I visited.

honestly pretty good. tried their taro balls and they were what was advertised. very unique and overall great quality tea and drinks. cute aesthetic that makes you feel like you're in taiwan (i've never been). Service and worker was super nice and helped me decide what to get. close by ish-- will be back most likely

The drinks here have been one of my favorites in our neighborhood and they have a few non caffeinated options that are delicious and perfect for my son. The wait can be longer than seems reasonable sometimes, when there isn’t a line to justify it. We come back though because they always get the drink order right and they’re delicious. The mango pomelo cooler is so unique and good!

Great spot for boba fix! This place draws our attention with the ambiance: nice, wood-like store. The staff is friendly that can give us information about the drink. I was hesitate at first to try Mochi Black Sticky rice, but decided to give it a go after the staff's description. I was impress with the drinkable mochi texture! Soft and chewy with light sweet. It paired well with the black sticky rice which was cooked perfectly, not too mushy, not too hard. The mil tea, however, needs more tea flavor and sweetness. I ordered full sweet, light ice, but it still not sweet enough to me. Avocado mango drink was really good and refreshing! The avocado smoothie blended really great with mango pulps that made the drink unique. We tried matcha latte too and I was amazed of the tea high quality. Highly recommended! Can't wait to come back and try more drinks on the menu.

Could not wait to try the mango pomelo with sago based on multiple Yelp reviews. I love this drink normally, however their version is a tad too sweet for me even at 70% sweetness.

I had my first Yi Fang experience today, and I was really impressed with the brown sugar pear cocoa latte. I'm always hesitant to order drinks at boba shops because I'm afraid they'll be too sweet, but this latte was perfectly balanced. The cocoa flavor was strong and rich, and the brown sugar pear added a touch of sweetness without being overpowering. The staff was also very friendly, and the place was clean and well-maintained.
