I got a meal at Egg n Bird through their online ordering, and didn’t pay attention to what location I picked. Thankfully the kind guest services at yogurtland helped me out with no problems, kindness, and speed. I’m very thankful to have received my refund so quickly. It doesn’t stop there. The food I had at ‘Egg n Bird’ in Plano, was some of the best, quickly made food I’ve had in a while. The team was very quick and helpful when I showed up to pick up my order and it was there. I still wanted to try the food. So they had my order out in less than 2 mins and it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. The crunch on the chicken, the sweetness of the honey, the perfectly cooked fried egg on top. Perfection. Thank you again for outstanding Customer service and incredible food. I will be returning Saturday for more.

THEY DON’T HAVE FROZEN YOGURT! WORST FROZEN YOGURT COOPERATE STORE EVER! (For those of you who have angry kids in the back of the car… try to avoid the business office. The secretary was very kind but alas no frozen yogurt)

I went to the Norwalk yogurtland to get some dessert with my son. These 2 ladies were there one said she was the manager and the other the owner they were so extremely rude I couldn't believe it. Never in my life have I ever been treated so bad before and embarrassed in front of my child. We go there often but definitely will never go again. I hope something is done about this because I asked for her name and number and she gave me a wrong number and for all I know a fake name. She said her name was Melissa maritinez and the manager was Monica ruiz. Instead of fixing the situation it escalated and I left . I hope I hear back from someone to explain the situation all the numbers i called are not in service. This is terrible to be treated so bad around the holiday's

Showed up for the Holiday Flavor testing with my mom! It was fun, quick, and easy. The employees were very friendly! Got a couple freebies and the best part was eating some of their frozen yogurt :) Thank you for having us, and hope we can experience this all over again in the future!

The manager (crystal)at this store hired my 19 year old daughter trained her for two day (Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th) then texted her on Sunday informing her that she is no longer needed because the other employee that gave her two weeks notice decided she wanted to keep her job. She offered my daughter to be on call or work only one day a week. My daughter was heartbroken because she really enjoyed the work and her coworkers. She spent money on shoes and clothes for work. This manager never had her complete the proper paperwork. Then she lied on my daughter after I told her what she did was wrong and unprofessional. I have gone twice to try and talk to manager about my daughter's pay, I keep being told to come back another day. The Perris Location has the worst reviews, why I wonder

Poor customer service. Never reaching a live person to resolve gift card issues. No response to email or phone requests. They have my money, but their lack of response means I don't have access to my funds

The Yogurtland on Paramount Bl in Paramount Ca. is terrible. The girl doesn't know what she's doing and the manager is so rude and condescending. I will never go there again. There are plenty of other yogurt places. They don't even deserve one star.

How many times does it take to get a live person? How many times do i need to upload the same receipts so my money and points are on my account? Your registers SUCK, I shouldnt have to try to track someone down to fix what wasnt put on the day i bought my yogurt!!!!!!! Your customer service even WORSW!!!!! 2 month i try and try to see if my receipt in on my history! I call 3 times a week for 2 months. No one answers!!!!! I tried with you people and now I got a different color on my card because YOU dont know how to answer calls or put points from receipt that I put on your website in June!!!! Goodbye Yogurtland
