Too racist, they never let my son into the bathroom.

But if they look at a girl with green eyes they even open the door for her ?

I got here at 9:50pm and they had locked door already!! What is the point of putting 10pm if you’re not going to be open at 10pm! Please educate the closing staff that was on working 7/23/24

Thanks for the marketplace for making it family and friend friendly and welcoming… but this Yogurtland has a few people working there who aren’t the nicest and rudely attentive just there to watch over things and charge you kinda thing, maybe they should be able to pay the price for a part time healthy and happy individual who is there to support the company and brand.

Yum! Not the cleanest on the inside but we went in later in the evening. Brownies a bit stale but otherwise classic stop!

89 cents an ounce for yogurt. Was 36 dollars for two less than full containers. Used to love yogurtland but that’s just absolutely insane. Will not be going back. Go to Handels and get real ice cream for less money.

Very popular Yogurtland. Every time I go there it is always pretty busy and for good reason. They let you sample there! Also great spots to sit right outside.

Poor customer service! I have a Real Rewards account with some gift dollar attached to it. When I scanned my barcode, my gift dollar was all used up but it was not applied to the total balance. The cashier just said,"nothing shows up on my end." With no real action to fix it, she just told me to pay in full. I felt robbed.. what about my gift dollar that just disappeared?? I was left with paying the full balance and my gift dollar was gone! When I asked what option do I have to claim it back, they just told me, "is there a number there?" Really? After you took extra money from me, you can't even give me a real resolution??

I go here often. There are several reasons why. 1. Larger selection of frozen yogurt compared to other locations. It is self serve so you can control the amount and variety of flavors. The taste of the yogurt is creamy and generally authentic when it comes to the more creative flavors. Very little after taste. Chocolate flavors, vanilla, strawberry, pistachio, tart, Sumatra coffee (one of my favorites), cheesecake, caramel,Are all my regulars when available. I might be missing a few! One of the Best features of this store is that it is open until midnight daily! So when you get that 10pm craving you'll know you can satisfy it. Store is tidy, workers seem to be on the ball and maintaining its cleanliness. Outside seating available.A few other comments. Their prices have gone up considerably. It is now expensive. Plan your budget accordingly. I also think they could rotate the flavors more often. All in all a big yes in my book.

Dietary restrictions: Their tart flavor is very good and they do have a few toppings which could be considered as dietary restrictions. Will power is the answer here!

Parking: More often than not you need to park a short walk (several minutes) from the store. There is parking closer but it is allocated to handicapped and pick up with limited time. Parking is free and available but not steps away.

Kid-friendliness: This store is narrow and does have a few tables inside which are frequently occupied. I have never seen children inside the store but that doesn't mean they aren't allowed.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible but space would be limited if store was busy
