Absolutely outrageous prices for subpar ice cream. Deceptive marketing. Rude workers. Won't come back at almost a dollar an ounce.

On Sunday, July 20, 2025, I visited the Yogurtland location at the Irvine Spectrum with my son. We each had a small yogurt with minimal toppings and the total came out to $31.78. I understand that prices have increased due to inflation and general cost of living, but this seems unusually high for two small servings. Maybe the scale might be incorrectly calibrated.

Always the same consistency so you can’t go wrong here unless they run out of a flavor you like. Hehe

Unfriendly staff and the yogurt made my 3-years old throw up.

I went back & spoke to the supervisor and he was a teenager with a bad attitude.

I would recommend you go elsewhere, this place will make you sick.

Spent over $50 on 4 small frozen yogurts

I’m a caregiver of a young adult man with down syndrome. I was just in your store and the young man at the counter was incredibly kind.
Thank you for taking time to show compassion to my friend. ❤️

Something is off about the scale in this location. I had the same amount of froyo in a different location and this location charges me more than $11 while the other one at $8.

I suspect something is amiss....because all of the negative reviews in this location seems to be on this same topic. T_T

always seems expensive but this location really is ridiculous. $11 for half a cup of froyo. last time ever for me

Nice place with wide range of flavors and toppings. You take a plastic cup, put whatever you want and pay for the weight of your cup. Workers are friendly, line goes fast and place is clean. They give you cute Pac-Man spoons

$16.50 for one small cup filled almost to the top... that's horrendous. They even hide the price from you now until after they weigh it. I used to love yogurtland when i was a kid, never coming here again.

The five stars for atmosphere are fore Irvine Spectrum Center because there isn’t seating specified for Yogurtland. No dine in. The taste is the taste of normal little bit over frozen yogurt. normal..

Banana Cream!!!!! Omg, i'm such a big fan!!!! I actually hate bananas but I love it when it's in cream form like in a pie. So when I tried the frozen yogurt here, omg it was so delicious. The perfect amount of sweetness and banana flavor. I can't believe how much I loved it. I wish all locations had this flavor, i told my sister about it and said it wasn't at the location she went to. Oh and I love dulce de leche overall and can't believe they had this flavor too!!!! It was also yummy!

I don't know why we are only allowed one sample cup now, it's kinda sad. That's the only thing i had a problem with.

The staff tonight were very helpful with the pineapple sorbet machine that had problems. My vegan husband was very happy to have an option.
