Consistently underserve drinks. Venti coffees will have so much foam that after a few minutes it melts and your drink is 3-4 inches lower than initial.Intentionally put entirely too much ice so your teas. Etc are actually half the amount. Total rip off
I haven't experienced anything negative at this location. The employees were fast and courteous. The place looked empty and clean. The drive thru line was 5 cars dead but looked like it was moving a an ok pace.

Went through drive through and ordered through Mobile order. After getting my drink, noticed that there was a hair inside my drink. I tried to grab the workers attention for a full minute, but she was on her phone and didn’t look up at the window at all (and there wasn’t anyone behind me). I personally felt it was too much of a hassle to go around, park, and then go in for a new drink so I just drove off. Don’t trust their hygiene after this.
