Best boba/milk tea/tea in Isla Vista (and even all of Santa Barbara)!! Although new, Mojo Teahouse has quickly become a popular staple in the UCSB community. Stop by and try it out, if you’re in the area :)
I love this place!! Even one time they gave me the wrong drink and I went back and they made me a new one with no questions asked!

The pork belly bowl is also highly praised, with one reviewer describing it as "one of the best meals" they've had.
