Girl helping us (Karissa spelling? ) was very abrasive with initial interaction. Our child tried one lick of the ice cream while we were paying and said he didn’t like it. She responded with “That’s why we have samples.” So we proceeded to buy another kid’s scoop. Buying another ice cream would have not been the issue but the rude remark and stare was not needed. We won’t be coming back.

What’s up with the disgusting whipped cream frosting? I noticed the last couple years whenever I get a cake it’s this. Not the normal frosting I used to get on the cakes in the past. Extremely disappointing and doesn’t taste good at

Great experience ordering a custom cake. Purchased a pre-made earlier in the year. Both were fantastic. Service and communication were great.

Not pleased w the ice cream cake I picked up for my grandsons birthday. It was just a small mint/chocolate cake 2-4 serving, just right for us, but it was frosted on its side! The cake layer should have been on the bottom, ice cream on top but when we cut it some slices were nothing but cake, some nothing but ice cream because they took a chunk and laid it on its side instead of leaving it upright so the layers stayed stacked! Thankfully it tasted good. I dud go to the BR website to contact them but there's no way to do so, therefore, I feel the need to inform others of possible disappointment with their cakes.

I have been coming here for a long time but last night has convinced me to never come back again. I ordered a milkshake and the girl who made it either dropped a paper towel piece or worse, dropped her band-aid into the blender. I was up all night throwing up shredded pieces with the feeling of it stuck to my uvula. Absolutely disgusting and a massive failure of health and safety.

Two employees in the store. 6 people in line. One employee taking orders, preparing orders, taking payment, washing dishes… 5 stars for her. The other employee was just sitting back there making cakes. Be better.
