I came through the drive thru and ordered. Wait time was around 15 -20 minutes and that is completely understandable because of only 3 employees working during huge rush. Despite this all of the employees were kind and friendly to me. I am very disappointed because I looked in the box when I got home and saw that my biscuit was mostly goo (raw). I hope that this store can employ more people (and have more of a budget to allow more employees working at once) so these mistakes don't keep happening. I used to love going here and I still have hope that this could be an amazing place.
The photo I uploaded does have an intentional smear to show the undercooked part.

Service sucks and the employee was rude! Didn’t take order on sides and when asked about the sides they said they give “default sides” unless you request otherwise never experienced that at a kfc before I’ve always been asked what sides for the order. Place was dead so it wasn’t from a rush. Also they didn’t give us all our sides and none of the sauces we asked for. Idk if they’re all new but a waste of $60.

Poorly managed and they always seem to screw something up. Don’t drive off to your rural home before checking your order! I made that mistake and had to drive back because it was wrong. Don’t bother calling either because they won’t ever answer their phone. Takes 5-10 minutes to get through the drive through with only 1 other car ahead of me. Plus we ordered online, so my poorly prepared meal was handed to me with another customer blocking the drive through because they were still waiting for their food.

Ordered an 8 piece Family Meal. Chicken skin was so tough it couldn’t be bitten or chewed or eaten. Didn’t want potatoes and gravy, so was told I could have a lg coleslaw in exchange, which I DID NOT get. Did not get a tag showing total chg to my CC. Was told 4 biscuits would be extra 10 minutes, but it took 25 minutes. Very upset. Usually I love KFC?‍♀️

Been living here for years everytime i go here its the same thing. Food is reheated chicken dry as hell and they always forget to give me part of my order.
