We had an amazing experience from A to Z! We needed a large order of 35 pizzas delivered at two different times. The young man who took the order did a fabulous job, the manager was on top of it and the delivery driver couldn't have been better. Every pizza was made perfectly without any skimping. Thank you for making our event successful.

How does this place get away with not having a working bathroom for Atleast the last 6months ~ according to employees even they have to walk over to savemart to use their restroom!!!!

This location gives MM's a bad name. Sort the Yelp reviews by most recent and you will get the picture. You'll be much happier ordering from Bad Axe if you are in Jackson or Gold Dust if you are in Sutter Creek. Or, you can go here, be disappointed, leave a bad review, and have Lisa M tell you "Sorry. Please fill out a contact form". Your choice. Lisa, I tried reaching out to the store several times to get comped for the mistakes they made on my pizza. The owner/manager never called me back. I contacted corporate several times who said each location is self-managed, but they would have the owner contact me. Nothing. So, while I believe in second chances, this location has blown multiple chances to make things right. Given the fantastic alternatives, I'm done.

Do not recommend. We order pizza about 30 minutes ahead of time and showed up 5 minutes after they said the pizza would be ready. Only for them to start the pizza AFTER we got there. Ended up waiting over an hour when they had no other customers. Barely put any topping on the pizza. Plus they're quarter machine took our money and never gave the prize.

For 15+/- years This place was run great. Always clean,good salad bar & Great pizza !! Not anymore ! Dirty tables, broken & out of service bathrooms, flickering fluorescent lights .... And the Pizza SUCKED !! $50.00 for 3 , and even the plain cheese one was BAD ! I won't go to tho MM again !GET YOUR S_ _ _ T together !!

I ordered my last pizza her last week. I'm tired of paying $18 for a small pizza and you get no toppings on it. The pizzas are never made consistently. They should always be made the same. A few weeks ago I got a pizza that was the best pizza I got in a few years. Next one nothing on it. I will be going to the new pizza place for now on!!!!

You'd think that after the last few years, gloves would be required when making the pizzas. Or not talking over the prep line, or being on your phone. Idk. The food is consistent and generally pretty good, but the no gloves thing is gross.Service is mediocre. Prices are kinda high.Always different people working. Tables are sticky and/or greasy. Same with the doors.Kids like the few little games and quarters machines they have.

We ordered a garlic Tuscan with white sauce. When they showed me the pizza I asked, where is the meat. It looked like a cheese pizza with very little sun dried tomatoes and green onions. The lady said she would fix it. I paid for it and said, " I would be right back". Little did the kid know I decided to stay. I hear the kid say "what the F#*k she just left. The lady said I told her I would fix it. I stood up and said ,"Are you talking about me." She threw the salami on the pizza. I was so upset with hearing them talking about me dropping the F bomb. We've been a loyal Mountain Mikes customer for 30 years. The service has gone down. The pizza is not known for all their toppings anymore. We are sad to say we won't be coming back.

Food was great. Staff was very friendly. Plates were dirty. Women's restroom out of order, unserviced men's restroom. Went to tip and was told the owner keeps the tips and staff get NOTHING. This is unacceptable.
