Best Pho I have had in a long time and I didn’t need to add anything the flavor was delicious. I had the vermicelli bowl with lemon grass chicken!! Just the right amount of spice too!

Super friendly family making high quality food. I haven’t tried the Pho yet but I love Vietnamese sandwiches and I’ve gotten the regular Pork Bahn Mi and the platter that comes with baguette and steak etc. If you haven’t tried Vietnamese food give this a try and support a hardworking family instead of one of the garbage chains in the area.

I'm a HUGE fan! Fresh and crunchy. Flavorful. Meat, veg and vegan options.
Not sure about gluten free but suggest you ask.
Friendly. Family-run.
Today I had the tofu bahn mi
But usually bounce between lemongrass tofu stir fry and lemongrass tofu vermicelli. Both are delicious.
You can even get Pho in a veg broth.
So glad to have this option here in Amador County.

I've had pho/banh mi all over south sac and Seattle but this is still hands down the best pho and banh mi I've ever had.
The bread on the banh mi is always warm and soft. Slight crunch on the crust. Meat always juicy and the pickle carrots/daikon super delicious. The banh mi comes with bit of mayo and patte which should be standard but you'd be surprised how many places don't include that.
The broth is always rich with flavor and they have a good portion balance.
Owners are super nice and attentive, and the vibe of the shop is calm and cozy. Hands down one of the best restaurants in Amador, we're truly lucky to have them.

Excellent food, great service, clean restrooms with hot water!
We stopped in to grab lunch on a family outing. We dined in. It was comfortable. Soft music playing, padded seats, large tables... plenty of room for our party of eight.
We had a mix of dishes and everything was great! We shared fried wontons and calamari to start. Both dishes were delicious, fresh and warm.
The entrees were a mix of chicken, rice, shrimp, egg rolls, pho, and vermicelli rice noodles. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked.
Our server was attentive and easily understood our requests.
A quick trip to the restroom on the way out was pleasant. The ladies room smelled nice. It was clean, bright, and the sink had warm water. I'm always a bit skeptical when the bathroom water is cold.
We stopped here because they had 4.9 stars with 31 reviews. They didn't disappoint. Lunch was fantastic!
