Worst Starbucks experience EVER. Placed a mobile order- it took 30 minutes- and the order was wrong and they had to re-make it. While we who had placed mobile orders were standing there, at least 5 people came in and ordered at the counter - and then walked out the door with their orders - while We were still standing there. I understand they might be busy - then simply turn-off acceptance of mobile orders until you catch-up and can fulfill within reasonable time

Someone I know just got employed there is getting thrown under the bus to take in more shifts than needed and being accused of things they didn't do. No respect for their employees whatsoever.
This is probably the slowest starbucks. In the drive thru they take 1 cars order, make that drink, send them on their way THEN take the next order. Even doing a mobile order ahead, it still takes a very long time to get one drink.
They are USUALLY good about fixing drinks when they mess up(i.e. cold vs hot or when you order a drink and they only hear the first word and improvise on the rest).
Last time I went in, they were out of iced tea so I ordered a water instead (we also got 2 other drinks) and the girl taking the order said with way too much attitude, "really?"
Aside from that, they have some of the best croissants and cake pops if you can eat that! I definitely recommend the pink drink if you don't do coffee.

Ashley is an awesome barista! She is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about their drinks and how to order something to achieve your desired consistency. The drinks are phenomenal too.

This is by the worse Starbucks. I constantly have issues when ordering a hot white mocha. Every time I order one I get half the amount of coffee. I have complained several times about this issues to only receive BS excuses. I didn’t pay for a venti coffee to only get a Tall size amount of coffee. The wait times are ridiculously long, the staff are not very friendly and could care less about their costumers, and they constantly are closed. The picture I posted is a venti coffee I just picked up and have not took a sip.
