There is this one male in there I didn't get his name next time I will he is short with black short hair. He is awesome every time I go in there he makes sure that my drink gets done my drink gets made well he has very good customer service very outgoing very happy he makes my day every time I go in to get a coffee

Every morning I start my day with Starbucks from this location but every now and then the app will not allow me to order saying that they are out of syrup and can’t order drink when I head there they tell me inside they can do make it and have everything and before I have told them and they change it today they played dumb like they are not wanting business sad that I have to wait here and can’t order ahead because they are too lazy

Love Starbucks, I go here frequently. I FEEL BAD for the staff they always have alot orders and I feel like they are short staffed so typically you have to wait awhile for your drinks .

Good service, consistent. Shame the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. Never seen so many flies in a Starbucks. Two visits, good couple months apart, place needs a little help in that arena. EDIT: I've contacted customer service, quite a convoluted process. Probably easier to grab a mop myself. Dropping a star for company response.

The employees are nice but the line for the drive through ALWAYS takes way too long. I have had multiple times where I was stuck for at least 30-45 minutes. Drinks are correct about 50% of the time. Today they had the lobby closed due to short staffing but hey were still accepting mobile orders. The counter was covered in drinks and food and the only way to get to it was to go through the drive thru line that was extremely long.

Almost a 30 minute wait in the drive through and my drink was FILLED with ice. I took a few gulps and my grande drink was gone.

Starbucks is always five stars with me. Pink drinks? Hot chocolates grilled cheese sandwiches who could ask for more.
