Absolutely horrible wait times. Ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. Everything came out one at a time so by the time the second food item comes out the first item is already cold. I wasted 20 min of my life waiting for 2 food items that just needed to be warmed up. I mean its not like they are actually making the bread at the location

I have been kicked out of the lobby at this Starbucks twice in the past two weeks, once due to low staffing and once due to training. While I understand the need for training, this location is notorious for either closing the lobby unexpectedly or not opening it at all because of staffing issues.
What made this experience worse was the managerâs response. The manager I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and completely dismissive of my concerns, showing no interest in accountability or customer experience.
They do make a hell of a good coffee. And my dog goes nuts. It's his favorite place he knows he's going to get a pup cup.

I go to Starbucks almost everyday and I hate to complain but Iâm so tired of how poor the wait times are. I ordered my food and my drink from home on my way to work (mind you I live 20 minutes away). Today when I got there my drink wasnât ready or my food. It said a 10 minute wait time on the app. They got my drink out after about 5 minutes but then another 10 goes by and they finally come up with an empty bag for my food that says âsorry weâre outâ thatâs understandable but what isnât it that I stood there for 15 minutes and didnât get told it was out until I was about to be late for work. I told the barista just to give it to someone else. I love the workers but what a waste of money and my time.

Starbucks promotes itself as the âThird Place,â a space to sit, work, and connect. Unfortunately, the Martel location is clearly not that. It is effectively a drive-thru only operation, despite being marketed as a full cafĂ©.
If you are looking for a reliable place to sit and work, this location cannot be trusted to keep its lobby open or treat customers with respect.
