The employees are nice but the line for the drive through ALWAYS takes way too long. I have had multiple times where I was stuck for at least 30-45 minutes. Drinks are correct about 50% of the time. Today they had the lobby closed due to short staffing but hey were still accepting mobile orders. The counter was covered in drinks and food and the only way to get to it was to go through the drive thru line that was extremely long.

Heavily staffed and everyone in the building waited 20 mins + for their simple orders. As cars flew through the drive through. Staff was unfriendly with the exception of a single male employee. Once 20 minutes past I asked for a refund, however instead the lady ignored my request, later attempted to find where we were in line and then say we’ll I can make it real quick. And then proceeded to make us continue waiting. We were trying to quickly stop on a road trip and thirty minutes later we finally left with two horrible coffees in our hand. One being a black iced coffee….

Whoever orders the product needs another job. I hope you don’t like oatmilk because they are out of it ALL the time. Almond milk is hit or miss. If it was just a couple times I would get it but they are out of oatmilk most times I order it. There is a Safeway across the street but I guess they can’t bother to go get some.
The customer service server I had was very cheerful. I found additional products apart from food and beverages that were very nice and priced affordable

After spending a while trying to order and waiting ten minutes for it to be made it was prepared hot when the order requested iced. The espresso machine was also rather unclean. Not recommended
