The lady helping me was such an amazing person, I was having a very hard time, and she made me feel welcome and that she was there for me. I don’t know her name but she is blonde, that’s all I know with a huge smile. She’s such a jewel to have.

We have two subways here in such a small area they truly have to stand out. As for this location they do a decent job. I wish they ran more of the promos that Subway does but to each his own.

The closing time is 8:30 PM, but she wants to go home early. That’s why it closed at 8:20

Normally I don't have a problem here, but last time I did. I ordered online and they said 20 minutes. I went there 30 minutes later and there was 2 people in line who were together and had already ordered. I waited over 10 minutes before finally asking if my online order was ready. He then said no, he hasn't even made it yet. So back out to my car to sit for another 20 minutes. I would have left but I already paid for my food and couldn't cancel my order.

Very disappointed placed in order through the app.
The store canceled the order Because this subway does not participate in the bogo.Even though it's on the app that they do they notified me through email. But no text or call so ......What is the point of putting contact information on the app if they're not going to use it to let me know They canceled my order. I wasted my entire lunch break and had no sandwich I will never come to this store again. I would rather drive the extra 2 miles to the other subway at Martel.

This Subway is so bad, I actually started using Google Reviews for this, so hopefully my review doesn't get hidden. Basically, they refuse to make a sandwich how Subway designed and will start putting things like old sour avocados on your sandwich because "It's better this way. I won't charge you." They then flooooood it with mayo and mustard when you don't want mayo and mustard and tell you "It's better this way. You try it. You like it. It's good. It's good." In the past they've been extremely rude, but I have returned due to family wanting to go there and not drive to the next closest location in Valley Springs or San Andreas, but OMFG it's worth it. This photo is supposed to be a "Classic Veggie Delight with salt pepper oil vinegar." I hope this location closes and a new franchisee opens a new Subway in its place. If you end up at this current location with the current problematic owner, avoid the avocado add on at least because they seem to over order and always push people to take them on the sandwich but they have that weird tangy taste avocados get when they're old.

Out to rip you off!
A regular cold cut combo will set you back nearly $10. It was "deluxe" because they added lettuce. Not extra lettuce, just simply added lettuce.

I arrived tonight arrived at 8:46pm and I normally don't go in to shops when they're about to close but I was craving the sandwich I normally get. When I got there it was closed, the open lights was off, door locked. I got confused, I thought Google was wrong for a sec but when I checked the hours on the door it said 9pm was closing too. I ended up just leaving obviously. I'm just really disappointed with whoever closed tonight ? if you're not gonna be open till the posted time, then adjust the close time accordingly.
I can’t fully review the food - only the inconvenience. The indicate online and on the window that they open at 8:00 AM. I arrived shortly after after 8 to find the door locked and the lights off. Shortly, an employee arrived and told me they didn’t open until 8:30 - again in spite of the time on the window. I have no intention of going there again.
