I'm not a big coffee drinker but I treat myself to a mocha here once or twice a week. It's always good and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely patronize this place which is locally owned over a massive chain.
The food is mostly prepackaged stuff but with inflated prices. The coffee is good. The secret menu is wonderful. Overall, pricey for what you get. 2 drinks and 2 muffins sets me back about $30 which is shocking. Starbucks is fresher but I try to support local. I wish their food was locally sourced rather than prepackaged.
They consistently make very good drinks. The Jamestown location tends to forget to ask if I would prefer hot, iced, or blended (And I forget to request my preference). They automatically will blend my drink which is fine, but I usually prefer a hot drink.Their breakfast bagel sandwich could be better (crossing my fingers for a partnership with Bagel Bin one day), scones are always delicious, and the muffins are prepackaged.
