The guy on shift was super weird with me. He was chatting with the men in line ahead of me and having a grand time but when it was my turn he started mumbling. I had to ask him to speak up multiple times and correct him on what I wanted. I told him I wanted Pepper Jack instead of Monterey twice and guess what he did when I went to grab some chips… He put Monterey on it. He also did a terrible job with condiments, just splatting it on there in one spot and gave me attitude when I asked for salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. If it’s such an issue making me a sandwich but not the construction workers who were in line before then maybe it’s an issue with management and how they train their staff here.

Tried to order their BOGO Footlong deal on their app, but without any notification my order was voided with no explanation. This has happened before when I tried to use this type of coupon. If you don’t want people to use the BOGO coupon at your store, then make sure the app doesn’t show you as a participating restaurant.

Crystal took her time with our group of five and made every sandwich perfectly. We all did variations of the veggie delight patty, and were delighted.

came to this subway a few days ago and paid nearly $18 for a drink and a sandwich i’ve never paid more than $13 for. a chicken bacon with cheese. i noticed he put extra cheese and meat but didn’t stop him because i didn’t ask for it so i figured it was new portions or something. when i was checking out i questioned the total and he said they didn’t have an up charge button for bacon so he had to charge for the specialty sandwich. not what i wanted. he didn’t tell me in the beginning and i told him that was d*** and he should’ve told me beforehand there would be an up charge. i just wouldn’t have gotten that sandwich. poor practice. will not be going again. and the sandwich was messy and barely stayed closed.
