When ordering from any fast food place you should be able to expect your food will be the same each time you order. Last week I ordered two sausage crunch wraps and they were great. Full of sausage, egg, fresh hash browns, cheese and creamy jalapeno sauce. Today I got more tortilla then anything else. Dried up stale hash browns, next to no egg or cheese, sausage and no Creamy Jalapeno sauce at all. very disappointing. Seems like a great training opportunity. Food should always be consistent at any fast food restaurant. this is what brings customers back. Experiences like today just make me want to go somewhere else.

Everytime somthing is wrong with order! Everytime ask you chicken not beef and no lett its wrong! Make sure several times to ask, I always charged for it! Only the Jamestown one!

Yall need to stop over salting the chips. Idc if yall are petty at your boss. If im paying for crap already do it right. And it's not that hard to read a ticket especially if I repeat it 4 times NO Pico

It's a taco bell. It's about what you think it is. Service staff was great at getting my order, friendly, and got me out of there quickly. They haven't screwed it up yet and I go there maybe about once a month or so. It's clean!
