Of all the Filippi's around San Diego I believe this location has the best pizza. I also like getting their family combo which comes with soup, salad, bread, garlic bread, ravioli, lasagna and spaghetti. The fettuccine and sandwiches are also quite good. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There's also plenty of parking. You couldn't ask for anything more.
Their add claims to have "The best pizza ever" or something along those lines. I asked my son how it was and he said top 5 for sure! Mind you he was born in Manhattan. We are also currently on the tail end of a one year, four corners of the United States, camping trip. So needless to say, we been around.It was magical in my mouth!
This has quickly become our favorite pizza and pasta spot in SD. We used to frequent the original in Little Italy, but I think this one is way better. Plus the drive there is lovely. Food is amazing, staff is super friendly and helpful. We love this place!
