Stopped by for a Bean and Cheese burrito in a pinch. Definitely did not receive extra cheese. Also, $12.00 is a little too much for a bean and cheese burrito. Otherwise, beans and tortilla were good.

I had a really bad experience at Jamul Meat Market. I purchased meat that smelled and looked expired. When I tried to return it, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The store also had moldy tortillas and other products that didn’t seem fresh. Overall, the place felt unsanitary, and I don’t recommend shopping here until they seriously improve their quality and customer service. They also sell food outside the store, including tacos and fish tacos once a week. When I asked the staff if they used products from the market for the food, they were extremely rude and became hostile toward me. Their attitude was very unprofessional, and it made the whole experience even worse.

I called and ordered 1 carne asada burrito and 5 rolled tacos requested and paid extra for sour cream on my burrito I get home the burrito has no sour cream and the rolled tacos were soggy with no sour cream as well so I probably won’t be visiting here much anymore

Of course stuff can be priced higher but if people know how an economy works it's basic supply and demand. You're not going to go all the way into town for a jar of Mayo or do all your grocery shopping here. The meat is very good and have never had an issue. Staff is always friendly and the owner are very humble.
