You need to remind the waiters or waitressess because they get lost in conversations with other employees about their life story. Took 15min to get change from our waitress and she was locked in with the bartender talking at the bar and when my partner looked at them they got into gear and started taking care of us. Why do we need to remind the employees that they have customers that are waiting on them to finish their duty? I feel for the most part it is poor management because...
Ordered a bento with pork katsu and ahi poke in addition is a miso soup. The soup came AFTER the Bento. The pork katsu is fried so well to the point that is came out dry. I like the free appetizers. The ambiance. Its a sports bar that serves Japanese cuisine.
Our service was excellent!!!! Food was good. Music is loud. Only really thumbs down thing is that they allow people to smoke and hookah at the dining tables. Gross. If they moved the smoking to outside tables it would be perfect!
