Probably the best breakfast sandwiches in all of Cali. You gotta try this spot. Jorge is a very cool guy and staff is super friendly. The damn food is amazing. Im surprised that so many people dont know about this hidden gem in the desert. Because its located on a college campus most wouldn't know that it is also open to the public. I literally drive from yucca valley to get food from here. They dont over charge and when you do get your food its much more then you expected it to be which is always a plus. I try to make it a habit to stop here when running between cities 29 and Yucca. Try it and you won't regret it.

I am a middle schooler and Jorge brought us food every day. Everything he brought us was AMAZING. We had a different food every day for breakfast and dinner and they were all really good. The first night we had some of the best tacos I have ever had and I really recommend those. Jorge was super nice and funny and always brought us delicious food on time. I am so thankful for him bringing us spectacular food.

Our class went to Joshua Tree for a school trip. I had never been there and the food was SO good! I had no idea what to expect, but the first night I was so happy with what we had. We had the most amazing tacos and everyone in my class enjoyed them, and let me tell you, we all waited for him to come the next few days. Jorge was always early and never late, and getting ready for a long day and coming back from a long day of rock climbing - which we had so much fun doing with Cliffhangers Guides, 100% recommend them! - we could not wait for some awesome food. Our class would be rock climbing in our campsite and we would see Jorge's red truck come around the corner and immediately turn our heads around and chant his name! We ran down and he would be almost ready with all of the food. The food was great and I totally recommend it if you're either dining in or catering. 100% recommend!!

When we were on our trip, one of the best parts was waiting for Jorge and his red truck. Every day, we looked forward to it. It wasn't just because we were hungry, but because we knew something good was coming. Jorge made the wait worth it every single time. He came all the way to our campsite morning and night and we climbed the rocks just to get a high view to see his red truck coming up the dirt path!
The food he made was so good. You could tell he really cared about it, and it wasn't just something thrown together. Everything had flavor, and it felt like it was made with love. It made all of us smile, and it honestly made the trip better. Even people who are picky eaters were happy with what he made!
But the food wasn’t the only great part—Jorge himself was super nice. He treated everyone with respect and kindness, and you could tell he was just a good person. He made us laugh and feel welcome, like we were more than just customers. It felt like he was part of our trip.
Thank you, Jorge, for making our experience way better than we expected. We’ll never forget your red truck, your amazing food, and your kindness. You’re the best!

I'm a 13 year old who ended up on a field trip to Joshua Tree. One of the things that made every day extra special was the food from Jorge’s Catering. Every morning, my friends and I would climb to the top of the rocks and look out for Jorge driving in his red truck. It became a fun routine—we’d all get excited as soon as we saw him coming down the road to make the food for us. We always loved to see him arrive with the food we had been waiting for. Jorge brought us amazing meals every day. The tacos were my favorite. They were so tasty and full of flavor. We also had brisket, pasta, and other yummy dinners. For breakfast, Jorge brought pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, and he always brought coffee for the adults. He didn’t just bring food, he made the experience better. He hand-delivered everything and made sure we were all well-fed and happy. After long hikes or cold mornings, his food was exactly what we needed.Jorge’s meals made our field trip unforgettable. If you ever need food in Joshua Tree, Jorge’s Catering is the best choice. I never went to his restaurant but I bet it's the best. Trust me, you’ll be looking out for that red truck too!

Jorge's food was the best. Coming from a middle schooler who LOVES food, I have high expectations. My school a few months ago went to a trip for our school to Joshua Tree.

Every day for breakfast and dinner, he would serve us. The quality of his food and dedication to serving us were great.

Don't get me started on the food though. One of the best tacos I've had in my lifetime, and no, I am not exaggerating. The food quality and the variety he had were a plethora of options to choose from. Everyone that went to the trip, was blown away from the food and service he gave to us. I would definitely recommend this to all of you guys, where he has lots of options ranging the ages. 100% recommend to other people, you will get blown away by the richness and quality of the food. Go treat yourself!

Jorge's catered us food every morning while we were on our school trip. He got there on time, every time, and always had us running to line up to get food. He was always in such a good mood and so happy to serve us. The food was so beyond good, and there was such a diverse variety of different types of food as well. The food tasted fresh and homemade (he made the food right in front of you), and all the meals we had, both breakfast and dinner, were so worth it. If you are ever in Joshua Tree or around the area, please check out his restaurant. It is family-owned, and the food is worth the trip. You will not be disappointed. Everyone on the trip said that the food was one of the best parts of the trip, including the fact that we camped in Joshua Tree and went cave diving, rock climbing, and repelling. Just amazing. Please check this restaurant out. 100% recommended.

I was at CMC for an event, and the only real place to eat is Jorge's. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and the speed in which the food was prepared. I had a chicken quesadilla, which came with sour cream and a delicious green salsa. There were huge chunks of chicken in the quesadilla and a good amount of cheese. My husband had the Cesar wrap with chicken, which also looked delicious. All in all it was a great lunch and I look forward to trying other items on the menu.
