WE had a burger with potato salad and a breakfast burrito. The burger was average - nothing really special, but the potato salad was awful. Big chunks of potato, barely mixed with anything else and absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Even my husband who had the burrito and was still hungry would not eat it.

For sure try and get an inside seat, the ambiance is to die for. Super cute and exactly what you want to experience in Joshua tree. Order the double deuce, pancakes, hash browns, bacon, and eggs. Giving classic American breakfast, it was enough for me and my gf but if u was hungry enough i could probably have it all my self. The pancakes are HUGE

What a great little roadside place! This feels exactly what you would want when you come to Joshua Tree. JT Country Kitchen is the small establishment with inside and outside seating. Even during the busiest time, we had no problem parking. The staff was courteous and prompt and gave us realistic expectations on when to expect to be seated and when to get our food. When we did get our food, it was the exact kind of home style meal we would want. Rustic and excellently cooked, we enjoyed it so much. We came back the next day to order the same meal.Highly recommend the pancakes. Slightly crisp edges and fluffy on the inside, like a good pancake should be!Expect about a 30 min wait during busy times.Service was very friendly.Definitely recommend and will return when in the Joshua Tree area.

Solid breakfast spot. It took a while to get our food, but the place was pretty busy. And the food was worth the wait.

Woke up in Joshua Tree wanting a really good brunch place. Found JT Country Kitchen with some quick research. And honestly, I have no idea how I missed coming here on my last trip to Joshua Tree in August, because this place is EXACTLY what I was looking for. This menu has endless options that I would absolutely crush without question. However, I can only have one. So when push comes to shove, I'm probably always going to get a damn omelette LOL. Couldn't really decide on any of the default omelettes on offer, so I just decided to make my own with sausage and onions. Gotta get it with some crispy hash browns of course. And when I saw gravy was an option, you damn right I got it. Unfortunately they ran out of biscuits, so I had to settle for an English muffin. Anyways, the food was absolutely spectacular. Huge portions and cooked exactly how I was dreaming of brunch in my head. I couldn't have asked for more. Also tried some of my girlfriend's Country Fried Steak. If I hadn't wanted an omelette so bad, I would have ordered this and demolished it. So good! Service here is great! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The space itself is not very big inside, although they do have an outside area. Ended up sitting at the bar area after waiting about 30 minutes. JT Country Kitchen is definitely going to be a must visit every time I am in the area. Too good!

Good food but more importantly genuinely nice people. They have not lost the sincerity of genuinely welcoming people to their restaurant and making them feel at home.

First time eating at this spot and it was really unique and delicious. We waited about an hour to be seated for two people but we just walked around the area in the meantime stopping by shops. The service was really great and everyone was so nice and attentive. The inside was small but didn't feel as cramped when we began to eat and look around. Experience was fantastic and would definitely eat here again!

Visited Joshua Tree for few days and found this cute place and food was very good, chili was so delicious and service was very friendly. Great spot for breakfast and lunch since they only open till 3pm, but I felt like I was eating home cooked meals .

Really love JT country kitchen! I've been here twice during my visit to Joshua tree and I just love the food. I've had French toast with bananas, as well as the chicken club sandwich, and both have been so delicious. The wait was not too bad on a Sunday morning for a party of five. The servers were very attentive! The food took a while but no complaints since it was delicious.

There was definitely a bit of a wait, but it was worth it! The service was great here. Our waitress was super sweet and she was always coming back to top off our drinks. I highly recommend the pancakes. They're delicious and fresh. Best pancakes I've ever had. Another waiter came to check in on us and asked us how everything was. They are very on top of their serving and the food is great. Stop by if you're in the area, just make sure you are prepared to wait a bit to be seated!
